Are you Thai or Vietnamese lady since I saw your video introducing some of villas in Huahin, Pattaya (Thailand). VN government just revise the law of land allowing the expatriate or overseas Vietnamese to buy house or condos in their homeland but I doubt many peoples would do this since the law do not allow them to own the land and the price is way more expensive than it is in Thailand, Malaysia
The best to retire in VN is to rent a luxury or nice condos/apartment in some coastal areas (Da nang, Nha Trang, Vung Tau) since there're fewer traffics and we can enjoys good foods and the beach in fresh atmosphere
