I have that View->Snap all selected, but it didn't work anymore, no more purple lines or snaps. I don't know why. It used to work for many years.

I would LOVE to know how to draw a simple circle FROM THE CENTER in Photoshop. Seems impossible. Tried all kinds of keyboard combos of Shift and Alt/Option (Mac) and NOTHING works. Adobe has done a fine job of hiding the keyboard shortcut method, if it even exists anymore. It used to be fairly easy.
