Call me crazy as a Mustang guy, but the older audi na v8 sound the best for a v8 especially at 8000rpm
I’m an american V8 kinda guy (don’t really swing towards any brand I’ve driven challengers,chargers,Camaros,&mustangs) but my old Audi A8 … man that sounded like a beast. Mercedes AMG motors also sound just ridiculously good
Also why turbos??? A supercharger doesn't muffle the sound??? I always go Supercharger
@@A_Scanner_Lightly manufacturers go turbos now because they’re more efficient. More efficient meaning there’s minimal heat soak, so when the cars supposed to hit full boost it will hit full boost every time. Also with the increase in HP, you can actually increase your fuel efficiency with the extra air being sucked into the motor. Turbos are technically “better” in every way, but I totally understand. I absolutely love the sound of a proper S/C whine with the instantly brutal torque.

Sounds great, one of my favorite audi styles and one of the few straight pipe setups I can tolerate. Maybe a couple vibrants or stainless bros to clean it up would be nice.

Doesn't sound as bad as a lot of the "straight pipe" exhausts here. The turbos help with the tone a bit. Still too raspy though.

X-pipe, or ive used glasspaks in place of resonators to keep out the rasp. X-pipe will keep down the flutter.

In fact, I’ve seen more jank ass shit that gets hidden by dealers than private sellers.
I worked at an auto auction when I was younger and MANY dealers, including big name, came in to bid on repossessed vehicles. Often times, those repossessed vehicles had things screwed up by the previous owners in an attempt to devalue it to “screw the bank over” more.

You'll need to code out p0475 in ECU or put simulators for the exhaust valves.

Turbos on these tiny V8's sound awful. Naturally aspirated or Supercharged are much more impressive sounding. This is chili farts.
This car needs smoke stacks that go above the roof with oxyacetylene injection and ignition system to make it more interesting than a stock Honda Accord

What do you mean? The newest RS7 & RS6 still carry this same motor but tweaked better
