It really bothers me now to see and hear performances like this by Vesta Williams (RIP), especially now that she has passed away. I saw the Unsung episode she did and it made me feel very sad to hear her put herself down about her weight when they asked her about the video treatments/concepts on some of her hits, like Do Ya. Do Ya and that video are some of my all-time favorites by any Artist, and I remember when I first saw it how it made me feel sexier as a Full-Figured Woman and/Artist. And to be honest, I am not sure anybody even cared if she appeared naked because Her Voice was E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. I hope and pray that she found peace with herself before she passed away but if not, she is surely in a better place now:)
