  • Hello and Welcome to the Video, Today we're showing you how we install the Battery cages for Layers Egg production. In this massive project, we have about 30 Units of cages, and each unit has the capacity to carry 120 Poultry Birds.
The structure is built in such a way that there is easy access to the different units of the cages.
Make sure to watch the entire video to see how everything is being done, and also refer to other videos on this channel to have a good feel of the entire project.

I believe you stated that, each cages can hold 120 birds and he has 15 cages on each side. That's 120 X 30.....

Oh no please don’t cage hens in a battery farm! It’s so harmful to the birds and they end up having short, pain filled lives with miserable deaths. Perhaps let them roost in there but let them roam a large area that’s well fenced in. It can be done cheaply and if you get egg and meat producing native/heritage birds you’ll be rewarded with healthier birds, tastier eggs and meat, less medical and feed expenses. They also eat scraps and insects so it’s a win-win.

@@wedjongkwowe4679 they live for several years! Heritage breeds can live around 20 years. They are beautiful pets when they can trust people and are handled often. For meat birds, sure they don’t live as long, but their quality of life is so much better.
