What I liked the best about this was when you talked about how to find out when to look for the change. These LinkedIn influencers may do all the glamorous talk but this kind of talk can only come from vast experience that you have and only happen on a platform like TH-cam. Thanks for making this video, sir.
These discussions should happen more frequently. I was in Pune for 10+ years, now in UK as Sr DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineer for UK Bank. Love your way of discussing on practical situations. Great work Sirji & Congratulations! Will connect on LinkedIn.
Wow, so nicely put across Mr.Puri. You explain your thoughts in a calm demeanor besides breaking it like 1-2-3. What did I like best in this video - Principle 1 and 2 plus the thought experiment. The gracious entry and graceful exit resonated very well with me. You gave a very practical analogy. These were the points that I liked about this video. Last but not least - congratulations on your new leadership role at Zensar.
@@savinderpuri Well, the graceful exit was something that I experienced twice in my life so far. However these terms never resonated my mind, so I would say I applied it on auto pilot mode rather than intentionally. Hope you get my point. As for gracious entry I have experienced it with my present employer.
