Great video. I'm impressed that they give you all of the sauces which are usually a la carte at most places. This video is a reminder to me that I've got to get off-Strip more often when in Vegas.
The tomahawk steak looked to die for. The skirt steak and all the dishes looked delicious as well. The complimentary dessert looked huge. While the tomahawk was pricy, I wouldn't mind spending the money for such an awesome dining experience. Great video. My mouth was watering.
Wow! Beautiful food at this restaurant. I'm all in on that skirt steak perfect size for me yes! Thank you for posting this video now I know about this wonderful restaurant and will definitely give it a try.
The color of the tomahawk steak is great, cute very well, and juice to where you see the juice on ever peace you pick up to eat . The dessert looked great fresh ingredients .
I was eating my daily yogurt when I started watching this video and now I’ve lost my appetite because my mouth is watering from this steak. I can’t wait to go back to Vegas!
Love your channel and how you showcase all the off strip restaurants Las Vegas gas to offer. Two suggestions for future review: Block 9 Thai Street Eats in Summerlin and La Strega in Summerlin
Love this place!I think your money goes a long ways here considering the quality. Had the Ribcap here and was excellent! Next time I will try the skirt steak.
I was at the Echo & Rig in Sacramento recently and tried the Tomahawk Ribeye and wow, hands down the best steak I’ve had, mushroom fries and mashed potatoes were great also, definitely recommend this place.
Lol definitely NOT Truck Stop quality. Wow that looked great. I bet that was Outside Skirt Steak which IMHO rivals ribeye but not the price. Great vlog.
Glad you enjoyed your meal there. Sadly I couldn't say the same. Visited about 2 years ago. Was dreaming of the Tomahawk steak. Place was nearly empty. Went late afternoon. Was told Tomahawk was 45 minute lead time to order. Ended up with an overpriced meal that was so-so. Too bad because the place is very nice. Unsure if I'll get back with so many other options.
@@tc4007 I did see some negative reviews, but I'm still surprised because my experience was so good. But I understand. It only takes one bad experience to makes someone never come back.
Wow! I hate watching your channel.... I'm always hungry afterward. Also craving for whatever you've showcased. Thank you again for your wonderful work.
There's a Steak house my wife and I like in Panama City Florida called Angelo's. They have a T bone Steak there that's so thick they sear it and stands the Steak up on its bone and allow the grill to heat the bone up and evenly cook a medium rare. Thanks for upload.
Went to the Las Vegas location in Late May. My steak was at least an inch and half thick, I asked for well and it came out cooked to perfection which never happens! Best tasting steak ever, every single thing that night was pure perfection!
Looks amazing. When I was in Vegas a few weeks ago, I tried out the newly opened Noypitz bar and grill Filipino restaurant in Town Square. Have to say I was impressed and maybe you do a video on it? :)
The biggest steak I ever had was 32 oz 🥩 you could've had 3 I/2 skirt steaks for the price of one tomahawk. 💰 However, I think the bone adds flavour ❤👍🍖
Biggest steak I ever had was a 72oz for a food challenge. Now I prefer about a 20oz to be comfortably full. Ribeye steaks get their flavor from the abundance of fat... the marbling. Meat is known to be more tender near the bones.
I like how they give you all the sauces, but the steaks look so good that they probably don’t need any sauces. The wagu looks great, but tomahawk looks too rare for my taste.
Yeah I didn't need any sauce. And the Tomahawk was like a roast... more done near the ends and more rare in the middle. Ordered it medium, but some parts were a bit too rare
The steaks looked amazing. Worth every penny.!
👍

Looks really delicious and I was amazed at the reasonable price. These vids make mouths water.
Me too 😆😆😆
I always look forward to your videos.
Thanks!
One of my favorite spots in town

Might have to try this place. That tomahawk looks so good.
Loved it!

Great refresher after seeing that prime rib on the last video.
I had to ... after that bad experience
Great channel!! I love it. Subscribed

I'm sure there're some good steaks where you are too.
Definitely gonna put this place on my list to go to and everything looked absolutely delicious

Been a little tough lately because of my work schedule. I'll keep it in mind if I'm ever in Summerlin again

I go here all the time have a nice steaks and then stop to the cigar lounge for a nice cigar
Nice! 👍
Great video, will definitely try next time in Vegas.

👍 I agree, it was an awesome experience!
I love Echo & Rig ….. you have to try there brunch👍
Yeah, I saw the Brunch menu. Looks good!
Great video!
👍
Thx FYI I'm coming next month and I will visit the restaurant.
👍
Making me drooling, wish i can have it right now.
👍
We used to get that flash-fried spinach as a side dish at China Garden at Mandalay Bay.
👍
Your speed of explanation is really good. Not fast and very clear !!!
Thanks!
This food looks delicious nothing like your last video
Thank goodness 😃😆
Wow that’s a steak 😋
😆👍
LOOKS GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The BEST calamari hands down...

Bill was 183 bucks and you still had Wagyu. No one can say this place has bad prices. Thanks for sharing and I could do 10 Oz fine with Wagyu.
😆👍
That’s a great price for product of that quality.
Most 40 oz Tomahawks in Vegas are around $100 these days
Wow! I hate watching your channel.... I'm always hungry afterward. Also craving for whatever you've showcased.
Thank you again for your wonderful work.
It happens to me too, when I'm editing 🤣🤣
When you go back, tomahawk or the Wagyu skirt steak?
2 Wagyu Skirt Steaks! 😃

Nice video
👍
At those prices, are you allowed to share it with your group
👍
how do you reheat your steaks?
Every way possible. I've eaten leftover steaks cold, microwaved, fried, oven, toaster oven, etc.
Went to the Las Vegas location in Late May. My steak was at least an inch and half thick, I asked for well and it came out cooked to perfection which never happens!
Best tasting steak ever, every single thing that night was pure perfection!
I gotta admit, the taste was incredible. It does stand out among all my steakhouse memories.

Been busy with work lately so it's been difficult. I'll keep it in mind.
@@lasvegaseats702 Had the Ellis Island prime rib based on your video. Well worth the $20 price for it. Thanks
@@genyosha16 Jerry's Nugget is really good for Prime Rib too. A bit out of the way though
Those prices are half what you'd pay on the strip. I'm there for the ribcap.
👍
love your videos and looks amazing but wow, it seems you get much more for way less at some of the buffets you have been to.
I can be a big eater..eater 😃

Hmmm...Tomahawk steak at this place just might be worth blowing my whole per diem :)
😆😆😆
You eat well!
😛
That should be split between 3 people fer sure. And with a lot of sides
👍
Tomahawk Ribeyes
must be over $100.00
Yeah, like the video showed... $104 for this one (back in March of 2022). It'll be more now.
Creek Stone is processing/packing. I don’t think they own actual ranch and therefore any livestock.
I see
I can't eat Wagyu or Kobe in big portions because it's so rich. However small amounts are incredible.
👍

Cutest

What? No wine or cocktails. You just have to have a nice red wine to go with all that delicious steak.
I usually go with Scotch or bourbon. I guess I didn't feel like anything that night.
What about those who don’t drink alcohol?
