    "doing the work even when you don't want to do it"
    This has always been my crux
    I don't do the work when it is needing to be done, and while I'm avoiding doing the work I feel awful, regardless of what I am using to procrastinate. Because this doesn't align with the identity I want to take on.
    Then I feel like shit because I am not getting results that align with where I want to end up, but the lack of results is completely driven by my inability to grind out the work
    Then my identity is that I am a loser because I am not doing the work I just feel like shit all of the time, making little to no progress on my large or small goals.
    I've been like this for so long (24 now, been doing this all of my teenage and adult life) that it feels baked into my identity and inescapable
    how to fix

      Hey, I can understand This, the reason you're not doing the work when you know you need to do the work to get results is you afraid of failing or you're looking for perfect timing or perfect things but you're gonna suck at first this is the reality. the only solution is do the work, break it down into small pieces/activities then you're gonna feel amazing cause you did that small thing then do another, you feel like you're really good, then do another, you're the best, then do another - you feel like you can do anything it's just my perspective of seeing things now I can see reality
      This really works but you need to do that small thing or get that small win also read that book called "Atomic Habits"
