The legendary rocker and activist keeps warm with a beanie cap and wears a "Spillionaire" t-shirt which makes reference to the people who've become rich following BP Oil's spill in the Gulf Coast in April of 2010.

Cameramen dude you should’ve been cool like pretending you didn’t realize that was Neil Young and just remarked on his car, which is quite remarkable. he may have acknowledged you if you were just a fellow car lover. I would’ve asked him to burn rubber. he might’ve done it. it would’ve been amazing. I’m not that into Cadillacs but that was one bad ass car.
