Neil Young's music provided the best music years of my life from about1979-1995. 16 years of age to 36 years of age, the best times of my life. Rock and Roll will never die! Keep on rocking Neil. I'm 58 today and still love the originals.
Searching for a heart of gold, and I''m gowin' old... I love that song by Neil, and of course, Four Dead in Ohio. I was 21 years-old and recovering at Fort Devens army hospital for the mortar wounds I received in Vietnam, when those college kids were gunned down.
I can say this. I may disagree on some of Neil’s views but he is a phenomenal rock guitarist and his work with Crazy Horse is hard rock GOLD. If I hate someone for their politics I would be listening to Kid Rock or KISS.
C’mon man, that’s a little nit-picky, isn’t it? The background music isn’t even up that loud. It doesn’t take away from the interview at all in my opinion.
He's the guy who's enjoyed an almost six decade long music career, and been at the forefront of American folk rock since before Joe Rogan was even born.
Yeh and has multiple kids one that’s handicapped and multiple relationships but keep idolizing him. Love his music but he’s a hypocrite in his own way now a days

39 years later he still going strong
The video is as old now as he was in this video haha
Great interview! Good looking Neil and kind!
Just a decent, simple, generous and, undobtedly, great guy.
I was at Festival Hall 1985. The Harvesters played for 3 hours, great concert.
Love this guy! We need more like him. So down to earth and genuine.
Those are two of the reasons we don't see more like him.
I saw one of those concerts in Sydney in 1985.
He was playing at the Entertainment Centre and it was a truly great show.

My Man Neil!
I dig Neil's music...so far out !
The interviewer is Terry Willesee, younger brother of Mike Willesee.
When Neil Young was still young.

@@keithmcclanahan8117 yeah suppose, probably had a few to many beers when I wrote that
@@JB61616 ha...been there. But I agree it's a little distracting as I'm trying to listen to both at the same time. I'd prefer no music.
At 2:09- in a nutshell!
Interesting guy.Obviously a genius. A bit testy in his personality. He can be a tough sob at times.
Isn't this the guy who tried to cancel Joe Rogan and failed?🤣
Yup. Dopey Neil.
