At least Cody was sober and we could understand the questions that Nick danced around. I found it interesting that Nick said when he beats the charges...not be proven innocent, but beat the charges. To me that implies he wants to get away with something, not that he's been falsely accused and will be proven innocent. IMHO.

He’s beginning to wear down a bit. He’s also looking healthier which is good. The challenge for him now will be to find a way to take accountability while maintaining his freedom and regaining his family. I don’t know that all three are possible simultaneously as his charges are very, very serious.
I just feel that Kayla is going to need to leave, start new, and work on getting her children. This man won’t take any deals from criminal court, and with CPS, you’re guilty until proven semi-guilty.

Hey nick, you trashed your friends who tried to help after you got arrested. So where's your amends to them? This nonsense is typical child behavior. I can't stomach him.
Also, to hear him whine about how stressful it is for his kids to be involved in extracurricular activities is LAUGHABLE. To say that being at everything the kids were in exonerates him from neglect - my father was severely physically assaulting my bothers and generally running the house by terror. He was at everything too.
He did repent and found salvation prior to his passing 15 ago, but my point still stands. Monsters show up at their kid’s recitals.

Nick needs to stay sober, but I have my doubts. He is fueled by spite, which seems to work for him. But he is not addressing his issues honestly and that makes me doubt him.
