Sincere and determined people need truthful information and a good plan to escape the cycle and hole you are in. Incredible marriages ARE possible. They are achieved by:
    1. Learning about the mind and mastering it so your changes are permanent and you are always growing.
    2. Learning how to behave, and not behave in marriage friendly ways
    3. Making unconditional love and ever-expanding happiness your primary and constant missions.
Go to themarriagefoundation.org and get the course if you need it. Now is not the time to experiment. It is the time for positive action.

May the Lord bless you, Paul. This was one of the most loving, touching and heartfelt messages I've heard in a long time. Just made me love my husband even more, and I thank you for that reminder. Thank you so much!

when I lost my temper, he said things like this to me : your pain is not special/ you think you are entitled to these...

His words I know made you angrier but his point can be seen as a kind of harsh truth. However, he too would have been better off being more loving. Maybe you can benefit from a deeper understanding and a path to marital happiness such as we offer here themarriagefoundation.org/system/

I'm really struggling with your advice. If the wife is screaming at her husband, cussing at him, screaming "fuck you", screaming "shut the fuck up" she is being emotionally abusive. At what point is the abuse more than the man should stick around for?

I find most of the advice from Paul to blame the men in the situation. Women can behave however horribly they want annnd its your fault

I really like these principles. I’ve been trying to apply. Controlling my mind has been difficult. I think I fail more than i succeed.
