EXCLUSIVE: Thabo Bester escape accused Nastassja Jansen speaks out after charges withdrawn

- In an SABCNEWS exclusive, Nastassja Jansen says police did not do a thorough investigation into those allegedly responsible for convicted rapist and murderer Thabo Bester's escape from prison.
She says she would never have arrested - if police did their job.
Jansen tells SABC News Senior Reporter Chriselda Lewis that she is considering suing the state for wrongful arrest.
This after amongst others, charges of aiding and abetting Bester's escape were withdrawn against her and two other accused in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court.

I always believed she genuinely did not know the first time she appeared in court she looked genuinely confused. Her poor mom went through a lot for nothing.

HOW do the police of SouthAfrica investigate cases? They have been arresting people their own way not the way the Police officers suppose to do the investigation. Who must pay these mistakes ? The State?. Why can't the Country take the really trained police to work by SAPS. These mistakes are traumatising people and their children I hear now it was not easy for this lady's children at school from the school mates from other neighbors children. This is not how we can live in this country. Investigating a case is , :-( Not pick and choose ) but is to investigate the case. The criminals will never be investigated direct, unless the media shows, and the viewers react . Sometimes I thank really this media and the awakening of people ( Renaissance).
