Finally finished the level on Ultra Hard without dying. Tip for whoever is trying to beat it at Ultra Hard: Don't just kill any enemy you see; concentrate on the blue guys and try to keep alive the brown ones. At least in the beginning. The reason is that blue enemies are tougher, and they're actively fighting the brown guys. If you kill lots or all of the brown enemies, all enemies will be concentrated on you.
I highly recommend it, it's pretty short, explosive and just satisfying. Just don't forget to increase your FOV in the game because otherwise it looks like chess in terms of speed
