True that but they had a great match for being filmed in advance due to COVID and no one being there in attendance for WM and the funny thing is that it was the best match of the whole damn ppv night one and night two lol
Gold-who? Oh, you mean that guy who is pushing 60 yrs old who has crippled and nearly crippled several of his co-workers? The guy who can't wrestle for more than 2 minutes without showing his massive limitations? He needs another match like he needs a KICK IN THE HEAD🤕🤯
The Undertaker gets burnt at elimination chamber and practically runs to the ring Everyone In the pods - *oh hell yeah looks like we're about to get a 5 star classic*
I remember when I was a kid watching smack down I use to love his entrance bc it gave me enough time to use the bathroom and make a sandwich without missing anything
You know, the Undertaker's entrance at WrestleMania 34 was longer than his actual match... His entrance was 6 minutes and 59 seconds, and their actual match was 2 minutes and 45 seconds
I remember when I was born his entrance started I learned to walk and talk Got in school Got in highschool Got in college Got a job Got married Got baby son He now walks and talks All during his entrance against Khali
I imagine some of them must have known. In the 90s it was common to have abslute giant humans like the Giant Gonzalez wrestling who had a hard time navigating the ring. And the Undertaker got paired up with almost every single one of them AND had to pretend like they were some sort of unstoppable force so when he finally won it would build him up. It would be interesting to see if there was anyone on his personal list that surprises us though.
The Undertaker is a marketing genius - always was - his gimmick is one of the most iconic ones in the history of the business - he can have the entire stadium wrapped around his finger like it was nothing.
That's funny, I would feel bad for Ultimate Warrior is he had that mentality once he stopped doing squash matches. He would probably run laps around the ring. 😂😂😂
Warrior pretty much already did. He was the embodiment of intensity. I loved his matches. He really pulled it off. You have to judge the character and crowd reaction. He was awful on a technical level, but hell, so was Hulk Hogan. Go find a WCW match, on Nitro I think, of Hulk vs. Bret Hart. Bret got a few actual wrestling moves out of Hogan. But anyway, we weren't watching Hogan for his technical wrestling, it was because he was a real life superhero, just like Warrior was. Different execution, but they were larger than life comic book superheroes.
@@anonamatron If Hogan wanted to wrestle, he could, he just didn't need to. Watch his Japanese matches; a whole different wrestler. Hogan knew he couldn't get over in Japan by wrestling like he did in the US.

Sometimes it felt like the entrance was longer than the match itself... But when you consider those Undertaker vs. Great Khali matches, maybe that was a good thing.
Nah, Taker's body was already broken down at that point. That's why every match he had post 2015 was either trash, a squash match, cinematic match, or he made his opponent carry him through the match.
