Man, Justin, I’ve watched you catch a LOT of big catfish on the white bass this year. That is a big fish bait. Keep doing what you are doing and forget about the negative comments. Some folks are just negatively charged and, like you, I try to steer clear of those people. No room for them. You, Richard Gene the Fishing Machine, Hagen Grubbs and Steve Douglas have the very best of channels so just keep doing what you do.

Justin, so well said and spot on. I've fished for 40yrs and learned that knowing the water, the right baits, and techniques. It is the key. Even not staying on the water to know the right drop, bite, and hook set will get you rusty.

What more do people want, this channel don't cost anything to watch. Hell they can move on if they don't like it. Myself, I love this channel. It's the only one I watch consistent or subscribe to. They can keep the rest of them. Don't change a thing.

Justin as a fellow catfish fisherman in East tn alot of these people have never fished the tn river system or do not fish for them like we do. The trophy fish dont come as easy as they think. So keep doing what you do for its real and how it actually is here on Loudon and watts bar.

Nothing like a good day on the water. I'm 63 and I grew up on the banks but my dad was old school. He would say, "You can catch anything in our waters with a Zebco 33. Back then they had steel gears and ball bearings AND every year a Rep came to the local Sporting Goods Store (Denver) and he would strip your line, replace gears or ball bearings (if needed), grease it, and fill the spool with 12 pound whatever. That's how ZEBCO built their business. Dad's other favorite saying was, "Before there was anything else there were WORMS!" The Nightcrawlers we caught in our yard were 9 - 12 inches long. That's what I fished with growing up on the banks of Colorado. Like Catfish Dave says, "The first thing you'll need is water. Every fish I catch is in the water." PEACE

I want to thank you, My quality of fish has went up substantially due to your videos. I have went from “gimmick” baits to fresh caught baits from the body of water I fish and my 20+ lb fish have went way up. I’ve caught probably 50+ fish over 20 in the last 3 months alone and I credit it to you sir. White bass is my bait of choice where I fish in Kansas. Thanks and keep it up!

Love your content and the passion in your spirit man. Occasionally one of your older videos comes up i haven’t seen yet and its cool to see the way you have evolved AND stayed the same. Some people can’t handle the honesty in your commentary and they probably struggle in other areas of life because of that trait…

This is the first comment that I have ever made on a You Tube video. I just want want t to say that most people that I have met that attack others for what they say and do are ignorant about the subject at hand. People that are knowledgeable about a particular subject are most always open to new techniques and information.
Kayak Catfish please don't change a thing, I truly enjoy watching you catch Catfish. I'm 69 and the biggest Catfish I ever caught was 32 inches long. Thank you for the hard work and good luck. Remember, a bad day of fishing is still better then a good day at work, lol

I enjoy every video I have seen in the past yr since getting back into fishing. Only really fish for cats now from a kayak. I have tried fishing with chicken, worms and a few live baits. Always a thrill when the tip of the rod goes into the water and you just have to hold on for the ride.
