The Compendium is the game book from Ultima VI - The False Prophet. Computer Role Playing Game from 1990. The game books from the Ultima series would avoid plastering the name of the game on them, to keep it all 'in-world'. It's the very game that got me into CRPG's.

Doctor V64 is an incredibly rare piracy device so you won’t see them sold very often due to legal reasons. But I’ve seen them sold at conventions and they go for about $300-$400 based on condition. Very cool piece of gaming history you have there. Would love to see if it still works!

I so loved GTA Vice City on XBox it was such a great homage to 80s music and fashion and culture and movies (and 80's Scar Face); I was HOOKED. Btw Banjo Kazooie was a humorous mario 64 type game, in many ways I preferred it to Mario 64. That's a Doctor V64 that Bung Enterprises produced / modded and sold when they could before Nintendo sued them. 21:32 !! Star Fox 64 is a cute shoot em up. with Space Rabbits, toads, hawks and foxes
Some great N64 games on that list. Diddy Kong Racing, 1080 Snowboarding, Top Gear Rally and obviously Zelda and Goldeneye (my 2 favourite games of all time). Didn’t see Wave Race 64 on the list which was also great. Mask of Majora was the next Zelda game, hence why the file title had ZELD in it.

Crazy how you can just get an emulator to get all this and everything else ahead of and before this time. It's not the same feeling though. The hardware, the cases and the manuals were a part of the experience. Nostalgia is a hell of a drug, one I never get tired of.
The outdoors is great, but it's good to have a balanced life, so gaming is equally important.... and as Terrence McKenna would say, with heroic doses, it's best to be alone and in the dark,

Hey chycho I always been meaning to ask you that item hanging on your wall that looks like a pan with a handle is that one of those things that is used to put coals in and slip under the blanket of a bed I’ve only ever seen them on old movies

My personal setting are that I only approve a video ad at the start of the video, TH-cam though, unfortunately, keeps on changing that setting and adding mid-roll ads. For the last two years I've been removing those ads after people tell me about them, since I can't tell without checking each one individually. However, since basically this upload, because of TH-cam's censorship, deplatforming and their lack of respect for both creators and viewers, I decided to stop trying to undo what TH-cam is doing. My N64 and GameCube are constantly set up. Just set up the SNES today for a new game I bought off ebay, worked great thankfully

It's suppose to be used to heat or cook things on a fire. Many years ago we used it on a wood stove/fireplace to make popcorn 😀
