- After months of trying to find which exhaust I wanted to go with I've decided to go with the Coffman's thunder exhaust. After hearing the two brothers and the Coffman's I went with the thunder. It honest blew my mind and I will say its the best exhaust for the Rebel 1100. Really well made and amazing quality. I have sound clips of the exhaust with and without the baffle in to show you the difference in sound. Im super happy with it and every time I start my bike I smile so thats a win in my book.

Another great video, bro!!
The best part of your videos is that you're just an ordinary shade tree mechanic, which makes it more relatable!!
Stay safe, bro!!
Thanks dude!! I appreciate it. You gonna make it to my birthday ride? Stay safe as well!
I love my Coffman’s Thunder on my Rebel 1100. It was a pain to install, but worth it. Left the baffle in. Stock exhaust was ugly and HEAVY. My neighbor asked if I put on the new exhaust for looks or noise. I said “Yes”. Enjoying the content from Memphis.
That is always the correct answer. What did you do it for the sound or looks and you always answer yes. I’m glad you love yours. I love mine as well. Hello from West Virginia
Good vid! You're enjoying life and you should have more subscribers - you've got a good personality unlike a lot of other's vids that are informative but hard to watch because they're monotone and boring. Keep after brutha'!
Dude thank you so much. I’ll keep after it for sure. I’m glad your enjoying it. Share it with your friends and whoever else would like it. I’d greatly appreciate it.
Wow, I have a new Rebel 500. I had the same saddlebag problem. I installed a Coffman's Thunder exhaust also. I left the baffle in and I love the sound. Like the Vid.
Yeah but it’s still burnt my other ones so I’m probably gonna do the stiletto shocks from burly brand. It will raise the bike up a little and help with that. Thanks for the like.
Exhaust sounds great.
@@CraigSmith568 thanks dude I love it !
Sounds great man! I was waiting to see if you were gonna ride by my house but you didn’t! 😂
Hahah lol I figured I’d leave you alone and not make that much noise at your house lol
Nice sound.
That timing though. Lol
I know right. It’s nuts lol. Also man we gotta stay in touch how can I get that saucy number. I can email you my contact information just didn’t know where to send it.
Sounds sick! I gotta ask because I've never done it, was it difficult removing the baffle?
Not at all it just takes time and patience. I used a small knife and got under it and cut away at it. Hopefully that helps.
On my cell playing your video I just picked up my rebel two days ago and i'm looking for some modifications and this is the exhaust that i'm really considering
Really good video
What are you using for your recording device?
Thanks you so much!!! You will love the exhaust. It made it a completely different bike. And I use a Gro pro hero 11 to record my stuff
Looks and sounds 10x better! Do you recon it’ll fit the 500 just as easily?
Yeah they make one specifically for the 500 😊🙌🏻🙌🏻
Hey bud. Just wondering what type of paint you used to paint the 1100 on your side panels? Thanks in advance.
I used a acrylic red paint from Walmart nothing fancy but have notice it to come off with the rain so I will try something else in the future but it’s not bad at all for right now.
Hi from idaho. Where did you get the red 1100 stickers. Ive been looking for them
I painted them with some acrylic paint. You can get it at Walmart. I think I’m gonna redo it again with some clear coat on top to make it pop some more.
I'm pondering this exhaust. I have a quick question - did you have to mess with rivets when installing like I see they show that you need on the shorty exhaust? If not, I'm purchasing.
@@JesseAflleje no I didn’t have to mess with any rivets! Very straight forward you just have to cut the gasket off the existing pipe on the rebel where the old oem exhaust is. Love it and one of the best purchases for the bike.
@@therideofalifetime Done. Just ordered. I had my Harley for 2 years and never purchased an exhaust. But I think I'll like this upgrade. Looked at a bunch. Heard the sounds on youtube at least and I think I should like how this sounds. Will definitely like it more that this big ole' factory exhaust.
@@JesseAflleje that’s awesome dude!! It’s amazing. There’s a reason why almost everyone has it. Freaking love it. Stay safe out there! Come back to this video and comment when you’ve installed it id love to hear what you have to say!
What kind of Windscreen is it?
The one I have is the batwing from Honda
