Fascinating! I really enjoyed this one! It really is beneficial to eat the WHOLE EGG, and pastured beef (including the fat)... and cook meat on the bone to get the extra calcium, collagen, etc! 🥩💪❤️ I eat mostly lamb, on the bone, and I just feel so much better eating lamb than anything else.
@@Therealmathildamaybe try to find locally sourced lamb, rather than some that is from Australia or New Zealand. Lamb is higher in Omega 3 than grass-fed beef 😊
I think you both would be happy to listen to the revolutionary message entomologist Thomas Dykstra about our food not being in competition with pests, bugs, fungi etc
I wish I enjoyed fish but I have tried off and on for years to choke it down. 🤮 So I take fish oil instead. I do eat grass fed beef and always look for the healthier options for eggs etc.
Which fish have you tried? There are so many, but most people only try a couple and expect to hate the rest...Swordfish, for example, has a very non-briny, umami flavor, very unlike salmon or tuna.
Strict carnivore for many years now. Vegetables, grains, fiber. Not needed. No such thing as an essential carbohydrate or essential fiber .51 years old and feel 30. No arthritis high blood pressure, ect.. eggs ,meat ,salt ,water. No supplenting.
If the meat is predigested [marinated] then more nutrition is available and less volume by weight is nessasarry meaning everyone can afford it. Kitchen sink farming on youtube video for correct processing jean pierre parent
I do love the joking. But you've gone too far and must clarify something, please? If we were to eat the whole apple branch, or the whole citrus tree? Isn't this way too much fiber ? "my sister"

Since you are formerly macrobiotic, what are your thoughts about daily use of miso broth with mushrooms and daily use of nori seaweed?

@rebeccapenders5050 I appreciate that Rebecca. I live in the Midwest and I don't see swordfish around here very often. If I do, I'll try it.
@Therealmathilda I am definitely spoiled for choice of seafood on Long Island 🙂

Yes! ❤🥩💪 I'm about 1.5 years carnivore and of all medications! Diabetes is gone! Depression and anxiety are gone!
