Sir, CAA is for granting citizenship to minorities illegally residing in India from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan...CAA cannot take away anyone's citizenship...moreover it is for illegal immigrants...
Coming to nrc, every Indian need to prove his citizenship..there is no religious bias here...it's for everyone living in India...and by birth itself indians get citizenship..so it's no way going to affect indians, be it Hindu, Muslims,Sikh,parsis, Christians anyone...NRC is implemented in Assam only due to certain reason during 1955 by UPA...but at this point it's not implemented anywhere else...
Pbm with CAA is it mentioned the religion names explicitly... manmohan sigh used the word 'minorities' but now in cab the different religions are also mentioned...that is the main issue because it's violation of article 14,15,21 of Indian constitution..but there are senior advocates like Harish salve said it is not violation of constitution...so it means experts also are having different opinions on this...so as indians we need to wait and watch what supreme Court will decide...
Actually the whole protests by opposition political parties is just for vote bank politics...these same parties Congress, cpim supported CAA when upa were in power...now they are cheating common man by and injecting fear into Muslims mind create chaos in the country...they are true foxes who make use of the situation...
