    Partially based on your outstanding review and the fact my brother in law owns one, I picked up a "used" Special Edition with only 409 miles on it. I have a 2024 RZR XP1000 4 as well and am having a hard time deciding which one I like more. Can't wait to get out on the trails. Thank you again for such a fair and honest review.

      I love cheap models which cannot compete against much of anything anymore too.....😎
      My first real wheeler when I was a young buck was a bayou 220 and she was straight up Fckn bulletproof. The new KRX1000 is top shelf , the teryx is a dam fine machine no doubt but Kawasaki is ripping us all off so pathetic that even I can't defend them anymore. They're milking this model so bad they're actually ruining their own name for Christ sake

      @@johnserrano9689John, the Teryx may be a little long in the tooth. But have you checked the price of the competition. Less bells & whistles also means less that can go wrong. Like the Bayou. Didn’t that top out as a 300? Great ride! Fun! No frills, but a real kick in the pants. I think the new 300 (Brute Force) is in its roots your Bayou (with a CVT). With a new frame & some updated outer skin. Yeah, probably @ 5k, but, isn’t the Honda 250 right there too?

    We rented one of these last weekend to ride through mountain trails in Arkansas. Was really impressed with the room/comfort and the performance.
    Ready to buy one and came across this video while researching.

    Own a 2022 version of this machine.. it is a very high quality built machine I would trust it more than others on the market. Obviously Kawasaki does too with a full 3-year warranty. And the ride is excellent for such a limited travel suspension. It must be the fox shocks. The seats are very very comfortable.. Fuel economy Excellent can ride all day.. However the noise in the cab of this thing drives me nuts.. you cannot have a conversation in the cab at anything above 25 miles an hour or if you're on the throttle.. a lot of the noise is intake noise. For this reason alone I am looking to trade it off on something different so that the ride can be more pleasant.. And yes I am a Kawasaki guy..

    I have a 2022 base model Teryx 4. It's perfect for exploring way out in the wild with the family. Biggest concern when you have kids out in the woods is reliability. I have a patch kit, compressor, shotgun, extra water, GPS and a Garmin. Combined with a reliable machine, it makes for a peace of mind that allows everyone to relax and enjoy the day on the trails.
    The ONLY thing I don't like is the noise. I have to take my foot off the gas to talk to anyone. If they ever fix the noise, I'll buy a new one lol.

    I say this to all the main ATV/SxS reviewers I watch. The reviews are great but they are all the same to some degree. Looks, specs, comments.
    We all live in various areas and various terrains. Here in NS it for roads, trails, rocks, hills, really a bit of everything except sand dunes. But due to the hills, often you come to 10-50ft flooded spots that isn't "mudding" but really matters where your intakes and CVT exaust are.
    It would be awesome if these intakes and CVT exaust were reviewed and shown. For me it's a major part of my buying decision.
    Also, nobody reviews maintenance. Those who have owned multiple brands know the diff. Like how a Polaris or Can-Am requires suspension lubing regularly or use many fluids (4 for Polaris) or 2 fluids overall. Which are the hidden costs. It costs more to own a Polaris just because your lubing the suspension and buying 4 different fluids. And that's not necessarily bad as they have purpose, but should be part of the financial decisions.

    I loved my Teryx but traded it in on a RMAX. Night and day difference. Of course you have to pay for the difference. I had no regrets with my Teryx though.

    • @84Eraursls
      @84Eraursls ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The only problem with the RMAX4 is no leg room for the back seat riders, and no way to remedy it. If it just a bit wider box for leg room it might be a great option.

    • @scotthooper4170
      @scotthooper4170 ปีที่แล้ว

      I just bought the S (2 seat version). The suspension is a big step up from the base. And it has 4 headlight as opposed to 2. Those were the selling points for me to warrant the extra money.

    $25k is a whole lot of money. I can't see a way to justify that unless it's a work vehicle that you can make clients pay for. What do people do for a living to be able to buy these? Is there a trick, like 8 or 10 year financing? At this price point, a used 4runner is buyable. Is this really a better purchase than a used 4runner???

      I was able to finance one (fragment camo one) for msrp ($19k) with extended warranty, for 36 months @ 1.7% when the previous 2 dealers i went to wanted to rape me for it. If you have decent credit shop around. Even if you have to travel outside of your area, you'll be surprise. Good luck.
