We always have good food at that restaurant. We love the atmosphere. We are currently at Disneyland/California Adventure. We just left the Blue Bayou Restaurant in Disneyland. We are currently in the single rider line for Radiator Racers. We are Having a Great time!
50’s is always a must for our Family. It is one of our favorite restaurants at DW. We always crack up laughing because someone is always getting in trouble. I love the Sampler. Great review as always
Deni, When the Studios first opened the Cafe was a winner from day 1. Even when there was'nt much else to do. Nice to see it's still got the touch. Deni, you look like "Sandy's" twin sister. I expected "The Fonze" to run off with you at any moment and Hubby would have to finish the show. Cheers, Chris Perry.
My SON MISSES and always talks about the vegetarian lasagna!! (He is not vegetarian)... I'm actually sad I missed it. I eat a pescatarian diet and 50s Primetime is one of my favorites. The caesar salad with salmon on top or the vegetable garden (vegan pasta entree) are both AMAZING. I don't miss the greasy fried chicken.

And despite finally convincing my husband to do Liberty Tavern thanksgiving style meal during our next trip, i have (so far) been unsuccessful in convincing him to give 50s Prime ago. Ive just told him he has to watch this review. I'm hoping the peanut butter shake and cake win him over.
Deni, we love that restaurant! It’s no longer a ‘must do’ but depending on the number of family members with us, we do still go. In fact, my 27 yr old daughter and I went there in September. Just for the nostalgic memories we have there and the great food. If they ever change that restaurant it will be a sad day for us. Oh, and 2020 is over! Bring back the seating at the bar please! 😊

I’ve eaten there twice and it was fun both times. I got what you had and it was really good but not the drink, appetizer or dessert as I can never eat all that. It’s been a few years so nice to see it’s still the same.
50's Primetime is responsible for one of my family's best Disney memories. When our "cousin" came by the table, he made us all go off to the bathroom to wash our hands before we could order. My mom and I go off to the Lady's room. When my mom pumped the soap dispenser she was thrown off guard because there was a powder soap instead of a liquid soap. Then she says "I bet this part of the gag. So they'll know if you used soap." As we are walking back to our table we see our "cousin" talking to my dad and brother and we hear my dad say "uhhhh pink liquid??". Then he looks at me as I return to my sear and says "what did the soap look like?" To which I said "Powder soap". Our "cousin" nods, yells at the guys for not using soap and orders them back to wash their hands again. My mom and I were dying laughing at the table. It was such a great experience!
We watched a kid walk up to one of our "cousins" to ask where the rest rooms are. He was wearing very low-hanging pants. She pulls out a little purse and said " Here's a quarter. I want you to go over to the five and dime and buy a belt." Bold move!
Great review as always Deni. We haven't been to 50s Prime Time since pre covid. We have had some fun times there in the past, especially the time our "cousin" asked my son-in-law to stand up, asked him to hold some dirty dishes for her, and then sent him to the kitchen with them! lol.

I haven't been there in prob 10 years. My go to restaurant at DHS is mama Melrose lol.... But I remember liking the fried chicken and the pot roast
I wish you could still sit at the bar at Tune-In Lounge...I used to love grabbing a drink at the bar and ordering that fried cheese

Primetime Cafe is our goto meal at Hollywood Studios! Unfortunately, we haven't been back to Hollywood Studios since our 2015 trip 😭
