I’m really enjoying these new videos! Emma, Sage, Quincy, Fry Bucket, Breedlove, and the rest of the All Ears team keep up the great work! Each one of you brings something unique to each video and it’s great to watch!
This was my kid’s favorite place. The cousins do a great job feeding off your energy and participation level. They asked to go back multiple times during our trip but we couldn’t fit it in.
My family and I went to 50's Prime Time cafe in Florida. My sister and I got into trouble because we had our elbows on the table! I had a Coca-Cola with vanilla which I didn't like, it had a real vanilla bean in it.
I so traumatized eating there as a child, that to this day, as an adult, I refuse to even consider eating there. Even though cherry coke is my jam, I still can’t do it. 😂😂
I feel this on a deep level. Ate here once at 15 or 16 and loved the food but absolutely HATED the shtick. It soured the rest of my day and I refuse to go back even 20 years later.
I was the exact same way as Sage! even myself, who is a more quiet and reserved person really enjoyed the cousins antics at the restaurant. Had the fried chicken which was good, but nothing I would go out of my way for. Definitely a fun experience with good comfort food.
We did this before covid and our oldest went to the bathroom during our meal. When he came back the server asked him what color the soap was to see if he washed his hands, lol.
I had the chicken pot pie. It was delicious. Oh and one person in our party was chastised by Cousin Michael for having a potty mouth. I told him she was going to get her mouth washed out with soap when we got home.
Been 3 times the last was presidents Day 2023--super crowded, noisy and rushed. We had a reservation and still waited 30 minutes to be seated. When less crowded and quieter there's more interaction with the "cousin" and other tables. Much more fun.
I think it’s important to note that (like whispering canyon) if you only want to enjoy the fun around you, just let your cousin know when you sit down ☺️ I have great memories there from trips as a kid, but if I were going now as a primarily solo traveler, I’d probably pass on the antics.
I really enjoyed this vlog and seeing all the different food. I went with my kids and they really enjoyed it, then years later went with a friend. It’s a unique experience that I would try at least once. I definitely want to go back. I enjoyed the food more here than Sci-Fi Dine-In but try both of them. These two are great together.
20:26 laughing so hard at Sage’s Shame moment… anyone else channeling GOT? 😂 Can’t wait to bring my hubby here in September.. he has no idea 😂 (but is a good sport with my crazy antics)
We love 50's Prime Time! Last time we went though I literally couldn't keep my eyes open and had to go back to the room for a nap, the food is good but heavy. LOL
When I went there, our waitress claimed that she was my Aunt. She yelled at me for chewing gum. My mom and I were playing along. So were the family next to us. Their son got in trouble for not eating his tomato. He got a plate of tomatoes for dessert. Then, "Aunt Elaine" was at a table down the aisle from us. They were giving her trouble, and she yelled "You see your cousins from New York and Pennsylvania? They're not giving me problems, only you." They looked at us, and we just waved and said "Hi!".
Can you get away with having your phone out at the table if you are on Genie+ doing what you gotta do ? That rule doesn't really jive with how you have to do Disney now.
Oh, this place was the best restaurant for my youngest son. He was totally embarrassed by 50’s Prime Time’s own Aunt Elaine. We had such a great time afterwards using Aunt Elaine’s name to set him straight. We laugh at it now, but he isn’t. 😂
@@peggyknecht5551 I believe this was 12 or 13 years ago. He is 17 now and he remembers how he had to be on his best behavior or Aunt Elaine was coming to live with us. The threat of her coming to our house worked until he was around 10 years old. By then my older son let him in on the secret. 😃
Not a fan but to be fair, I don't like any of the restaurants with the "participation" element. I just want to enjoy my meal. I also don't like the heavy food, even the vegetable dish had sauce on it. I do like Tune In Lounge though and I do like the decor of the place.
Everything looked so good, I'm so hungry now. That salad could've used some 'Aunt Martha's Old Fashion Salad Dressing'. (I love lucy reference). Emma, Sage, do you think you could work there, insulting guests without them walking out? lol. It would be fun to see that. 😊
I love the theming but would definitely tell them i dont want to participate in their shtick. No thank you. 😮 been there. Done that btw... years ago. Once was enough.
Ok, if you’re having apple crumble, especially if it’s hot, you have to eat it with ice cream. That’s the best combination!!! I don’t care if you already have ice cream or if you’re lactose intolerant, it’s the law!
Never cared for the act, the decor of the place is very well done but I don't want to get harassed by my server. No food is good enough for me to want to endue that 🤣
Great review, but must have been tough to vlog. It was loud in there and we kept on hearing voices from the other tables that was interfering with your sentences. Cool theming though, but agreed the food didn't look exciting.
I wish I grew up in those days and it was simpler, but no “Angry Orchard” cider is not available yet, lol. The meatloaf and chicken would be my favorite. Delicious looking chocolate, I’d go to chocolate overdose.
I'm kind mad at Disney. They claim they want to "change" change the prime time cafe to something themed like, oh maybe a "Wanda Vision" themed cafe. That way they could keep the 50's theme going on, but lose the tude of the workers. Your not in New York City, your in Disney World, act like it! It's not the 90s anymore, and i feel like this theme thing is kinda tired.

Guess this is where Emma went to “do work” while Quincy went to the doctor during the Disney Springs video.
No, she’s wearing different earrings and a different necklace from that video
Thanks all ears for everything you do always appreciate you I haven’t been able to get down to Disney in a couple years and I do miss it
Ando-ee sausage. Not ando-lee

I love 50s prime time cafe at Walt Disney world in Florida i can't wait to go here for my vacation

Love 50's. Cousin Quinn is our favorite, she's fantastic!!!

My daughter was horrified and we never went back, but you can tell them you don't want to participate
I loved this place as a kid! Even as a shy kid I loved all the antics.
You can tell your host that you just want to observe and not participate and they may still be sassy with you but they won't embarrass you.

My sister and I had a great time at 50's! The meatloaf reminded me of my Mom's!
repeat after me: ăn-doo-ee.... LOL
Emma Literally Looks Like Barbie In That Outfit.

Fun!!! Thanks for the review.
My mom had Mom's meatloaf, and I had Uncle Tom's Tuna Salad. Both were delicious! The tuna salad had green beans in it. We had Cheesecake for dessert.

That's why my dad doesn't want to go there. It makes him uncomfortable
Yeah...I love me some good ol' Disney theatrics, but I think this one is a step too far for me. I'll stick to the wackiness at Whispering Canyon!
Love 50s!
Is anyone surprised Sage got in trouble.

Ate there last time we visited and loved it.

I love 50s Prime Time! Every time I see a video here I look for Aunt Elaine.
Love Emma’s glasses ❤️👍🏻
Literally my mom's favorite thing about Disney World. Missing this would be like missing the Sistine Chapel in Rome.
we ate there in november. so much fun. food was good enough. my first time. i’d go back.

Wish they’d bring the bar stools back at Tune In!

@@santodelasanto677 It was almost 20 years ago for me and my mom. 😂
I love that place. The food is the best in Hollywood Studios, imo.
Ruby Tuesday's croutons are the best croutons on the planet!
I got reprimanded when we ate there for not eating all my vegetables, but I didn’t have to stand in the corner

This looks like my worst nightmare. No thank you!! 😂
Sage, where did you get your shirt?
The link is in the description of the video!
Lol Sage got a timeout
Unfortunately, they changed the Chicken Pot Pie after the pandemic. It used to be amazing!
Yum
it’s their reward for being puppets the other day in billion degree heat.
I love the theming but would definitely tell them i dont want to participate in their shtick. No thank you. 😮 been there. Done that btw... years ago. Once was enough.
I don't have any motivation to eat there, y'all have fun though lol -R

You can say up front that you are there for the food and not the antics.
