I still can’t believe CBS canceled this show. It was the best thing on Television. So wish another network would consider picking it up. I will miss these family dinners. They reminded me so much of my Irish in laws and how we all sat together for specials occasions. Thank you for making Friday nights worth being at home with family.
@kyle47922 bet Tom Selleck makes more than anyone on survivor. Think like a tv executive. They worry about production costs VS. Ad revenue. I'm not happy with CBS decision but I have no say in it.
Einer der besten Serie für mich die beste jeder von der Familie war eine interessante Persönlichkeit und jede Folge war spannen von Anfang bis Ende es ist schade das eine so besonderes gute Serie abgestellt wird .
This was a great series and a fantastic finale! I will be missing Blue Bloods every Friday night and will enjoy watching reruns for years to come. We would all be so blessed to be part of a family like the Reagans. Thank you so much to the wonderful cast and to everyone behind the scenes.
For 14 years this has been my stability in watching tv! Each character, including the late Linda, played an amazing part from beginning to end. I too hate to see it come to an end! 😢
I’ve been a couch potato since the 70s and I always had another show to take place of a cancelled show that was stability show but over the past few years, it’s been harder to find so I hope it won’t take long until we find another good stability show.
@@georgevarughese4886 Frank’s son Joe that was murdered while undercover had been expecting a child that Frank and the family didn’t know about. His name is Joe, after his dad.
A very tearful ending and it's now a wrap. Thank You CBS for airing Blue Bloods with Mr. Tom Selleck as Chief Francis "Frank" Reagan in his respective starring role same as the original Magnum, p.i.'s Thomas Magnum that Mr. Selleck did. Mr. Selleck will spend more time away from Hollywood is his retirement full-time and he'll someday if the Lord's willing is his special public appearance as part of post Blue Bloods. His television and film legacy lives on screen.
Why are they killing off shows that convey family values? Seeing the Reagans united, even in times of crisis, has always warmed my heart. Thank you so much for 14 years of a family show.

Best show on TV! Shame on CBS for not keeping Blue Bloods on the air for at least another 10 years. I've watched this show since day one! I could relate to this program as I worked 25 years for my local PD. There was so much respect at the Sunday Dinners for each other. Watching the kids growing up was great! The surprise of Joe meeting the family and learning where he came from was priceless. Seeing Jamie going from Rookie to Sgt was a proud moment for the family. I missed Linda. Danny and her were a great couple! They went through a lot! The best was it was a Marine Corps family! And Grandpa was full of knowledge. As far as Frank he's the Best of the best. I would have worked for him with respect and honor. God Bless you All. I can always watch the reruns on another channel and relive the happiness of a Great Show!!❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊
My mother’s favourite show was Blue Bloods, sad to say she passed a few months ago. Now that Tom Selleck, is free so to speak I would love to see him resume his role as Jesse Stone. I love those shows.
My mom passed 5 years ago. She had dementia, so finding something she would be satisfied watching could be a challenge. I've said for years (even before her diagnosis) that Blue Bloods was the one show that we could both always agree with. I second more Jesse Stone! My condolences to you
I think the idea was that Erin was planning to announce she and Jack were going to remarry but she didn’t want anything to distract from the baby announcement (of course the punishment announcement might have been considered to have districted but it 3:05 was not a major FAMILY announcement. Does anyone else go along with that dialogue guess? Of course the writers deliberately wanted some sort of script left to the imagination….
This show should not have been canceled. There are no family shows anymore. The story never got stale. Yet show like the trashy Kardashians keep going.
Blue bloods gonna miss you all.danny Reagan and Jamie too we love this in england.uk especially the family gathering around the dinner table makes the show more specific what a great family.thank you all.♥️♥️🇬🇧🇬🇧
Of all the memorable series finales I've seen over the years, this one feels the most satisfying. I think everyone knew it had to finish with a traditional Reagan family dinner. Though we won't get to look in on their future, it looks bright.
My wife picked up the first 5 seasons at a yard sale a few years back. I think she got each season for 2 bucks and she thought I would like it because I am a huge Tom Sellick fan. We had not watched Blue Bloods before and I was Ok with trying it out. We noticed it was on (somewhere in the 10th season or so) and we decided to DVR the new episodes in case we liked it. I started watching it with my wife and we went through all 5 seasons in almost no time. We were hooked. She went out and picked up the rest of the available series on DVD and we watched those every night for weeks too. Once caught up, we watched it every Friday until the end. We now have all the seasons except the last one and we have rewatched them all 4 times so far. It is such a great show and the entire cast is superb. I can't believe that CBS canceled it because it was still doing great in the ratings but I suspect they wanted a younger audience. Morons. We love it and I plan to continue to rewatch them and also add them to my rotation with Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis. I am amazed CBS will keep some shows on for decades but not this one. Crazy. How many more CSI and NCIS shows do we need? Oh well, we don't need to watch anything on regular TV anymore with the exception of Matlock with Kathy Bates.
I realize all good things must come to an end but it’s truly sad to see the series end. I started to rewatch the series from the beginning and it’s like watching the show for the first time. I’m glad the show’s cast stayed pretty much intact but I do miss Amy Carlson.
I am going on miss blue bloods. I started watching it late in the season. But i enjoyed it. The family dinner, the fight for justice, sibling rivalry, the laughter, the tears and unity. Family
Incredibly short sighted of CBS to cancel a show that without exception, delivered every week. My wife and I can rate a show based on whether or not we stay awake. Neither of us ever fell asleep watching Blue Bloods. Well written, tight, exciting, had heart, and wasn't afraid to talk about faith and family. And we loved Sunday dinner. As I understand it, the actors wanted to continue but CBS pulled the rug anyway. Considering that network TV is more and more disfavored every week in light of what is offered on cable and premium channels, one would think they might hold onto a superior product rather than toss it away. So to CBS I say, bad decision. To the writers, actors and directors of the show, I say, bravo. You entertained us every week. Ask your liberal creeps!! Biden harris and fellow communists!!!
Because Hollywood doesn't want family values
Porque a família é a base de uma sociedade e querem destruir a sociedade tal como a conhecemos
It’s because show sucked..corny and fake as hell
Cost of production, salaries are very high; they are not canceling it because it exhibits family values.
It’s nice to see everyone there again at the end along with others. Jamie and Eddie are having a kid and Erin’s family is whole again.
0:51 Sean’s face when Erin says “I’m gonna be an aunt”😂. He’s like “What are Jack and me, chopped liver?”
Sean will be a Cousin not an Uncle as will Jack(Sean’s Brother), Nicky & Joe. The Aunt & Uncle’s will be Erin & Jack (Her Husband again) & Danny
@ I know that. But Erin’s already an aunt. His aunt. So like my original comment, his reaction was (rephrased) “Do Jack and I not exist?”
