Why did you not try to reach out and at least hear her side? Keeping the peace?? You are a weak and poor excuse for a man. You foolishly defend Jessica when she purposefully took your daughter's relationship from her in a cold and calculated series of actions; not a one time heat of the moment thing. YTA. no excuse. Exile yourself from her life and leave her alone.
The OP in story one has been forgetting one solid thing, he only has one daughter. His step daughter is not his child but he made his own kid be in a competition for his attention with his spoiled brat wifes spoiled brat spawn. If he actually loves his own child then he needs to make sure he leaves everything to her. Leave nothing to the wife and nothing to the spawn of some other dude. And btw step kids are not siblings with your own kids, they are STEP siblings with no blood connection. Both people would have to actually show they both want to be sisters, in this the step kid is intentionally trying to destroy the bio kid
I heard all that before. Jessica is a toxic attention-seeker, "keeping the peace" is just Enabling, and Lisa CLEARLY has a favorite. You can't fix this, man.
Cheating is never a mistake and always malicious. Pretending otherwise is an endorsement of the malicious act. The boyfriend shouldn't be off the hook either, he is just as at fault as is Jessica in that story. All love is conditional and dad gave it away when his daughter needed him the most. And he never cared until the prospect of being a grandfather reached him. Now he's trying to reconcile, not for _her_ sake, but his own. That's the problem. He should have attempted to reconcile before she cut ties, if he genuinely cared for her. But he never did. It's all about him. And the family peace? Stepdaughter and second wife would be just as peaceful without him, again he made an effort to save his own in that marriage. If my second wife would call my daughter "overreacting" after being broken and betrayed by the stepfamily, I would have a talk with her too and if that's not enough to make them see the stepdaughter was in the wrong, and it is entirely a big deal, well marriage be damned, I'd still back my daughter who had been wronged.
Story 3 is definitely fake, especially with how OP flips between using feminine and masculine pronouns and both names in the same updates. Can't believe people fall for this. Also no way the dude is topping all that mess of events with "lul it's just a phase" while ending the update with an overly dramatic "maybe just maybe I lost something" lmao I'd say no one would fall for that but human stupidity is not something worth betting against
I came here to say exactly this. Just to add my piece, I can confirm that there are people who think/act like this fictional OP, but they do stick to their guns - always using the child's gender they believe is right, regardless of what the child chose.
@@jazzybear704 the point is, if this was true, OP wouldn't be switching between male and female pronouns, or at least would do so sarcastically - as he tried to do a couple times, but failed to do so many other times. As SecretVoices said, the story is fake - confirmed by Reddit users who flagged it as RageBait - but the behaviour and thoughts shown here aren't. And that's a valid reason to bring this story to light on its own.
@@jazzybear704 That kind of consistent mistake typically happens with someone one isn't familiar with yet, or if you're trying to respect (or even disrespect) a change that isn't quite sticking with your ingrained behavior yet i.e. a son transitioning to female or finding out late an older female coworker is trans; regardless of your efforts to respect or disregard their identity, you're still instinctively using the pronouns you're used to. A near universal example would probably be Chris-Chan. Another thing to note is that those mistakes happen in off the cuff speech, not well planned typed out posts intended for larger viewing. TL;DR OP is making mistakes that his behavior suggests are the opposite of the ones he'd more likely make, and in a medium that is far less prone to said mistakes. That and the sudden shift to "oh woe is me, I've made a great error" at the end just raises like 3 red flags here lul
Jessica knew what she was doing like you said she showed no remorse for her actions also she clearly hates emily so it was definitely intentional you're a horrible dad emily is right you had 2 years to make it right but no you decided to defend Jessica.
S1: OP says it himself, it was a full-blown affair not a one-off. In which case quit calling it a mistake. Both their childhood and this event show that he has routinely prioritised his stepdaughter. What he might want to ask himself at some point, is why his wife was so accepting of the cheating. Was it simple favouritism or something else…? His daughter understands him very well, unfortunately for her. Hopefully she has a good group of friends and other family to rely upon, because her father is a failure.
I never understand the "Didn't mean it to happen" excuse, if you didn't mean it to happen then why you didn't stop after the first time? Hell, why didn't stop it from happening in the first place?
S1 - op Considering your second wife's reaction to her daughter cheating with your daughter's boyfriend, your wife is cheating as well. You lost your daughter by trying to keep the peace in a marriage that's doomed
The stepmother is just as bad: "[...]focus on the family we still have." Basically, her and her daughter, not his own kid. This happens most of the time in "blended" families, sadly enough.
Story 2. Nta the ex doing that "prank" doesn't have anything to do with who he voted for. There are alot of people that voted for Trump that does NOT believe in or tolerate "pranks" like that. He did it because he decided to act like one of those racist assholes
Your stepdaughter intentionally went after your daughters boyfriend, it's not something you do as an accident, she had to have known what she was doing. She did this and you are STILL standing up for you and told your daughter that you are doing so.
Story 1: No you chose your Stepdaughter and you keep making excuses for her. You're a terrible Excuse of a Father. no wonder your Bio-daughter cut off contact. Story 2: Op's ex bf can't justify that type of behaviour being a joke. He's just Racist.
s3 Wow, the story aside, as there're issues in there in addition to OP's son's choice, some comments to this video are unbelievable! Like the one who wrote: "If my kid comes out and says they're "transitioning" they won't be my kid anymore they'll be a stranger". What a joke for a parent!
Story 1 : " Keep the peace " = I'm a coward with the spine of a jellyfish... op your cowardice deserves to get cutoff for good... choices and actions have consequences..... Update : Op is still too dumb to get that his choices of protecting someone else child over his cost him everything.... hopefully Emily uses the " letter" as a bathroom tissue....
This is so similar to the story where the delusional mother did the same and thought everyone would be on her side. But what makes me laugh he then in the update has come to Jesus realisation in one sentence but then defends Jessica again the next, the only way he could prove to Emily is to publicly admit the wrongdoings and shame Lisa and Jessica while also divorcing Lisa and cutting out Jessica
The fact that OP in story three is trying trying so hard hard hard to paint his kid as abusive really just says a lot about him, “where was that energy when he was yelling at his mother” you shoved her down and are the reason the feel sewersidle
The OP in story 3 IS heartless, though. He's abusive to his daughter, he IS violent, and his wife is an abusive narcissist just like him. Providing for your child is the bare minimum, not the best. If you hold it over your child's head, you ARE the villain.
It's OP's house. That adult son/daughter can't be disrespectful toward his parents in their home. He isn't entitled to anything. There are support groups/programs for Op's adult son/daughter. Let them go there.
S1: OP will always stand up for Jessica. Good on Emily for cutting him off. S2: (slightly off topic, but people need to know this) a content creator named Mica OPBR has a discord server where he and his mods and other users say nsfw things to minors. Another content creator exposed this and also showed one of Mica's mod's profile: saying how he gr**ms children and r@pes anything. One of his roles is even "The Traumatizer of children". Mica himself told this same mod that his job was to touch minors essentially and many other things. Mica and the creeps mentioned just call them 'jokes' even when they said these things to minors on their discord or even around minors on the general chat. Really there's just some things you don't joke about, whether its a racial slur or the creepy crap I just mentioned. S3: A story that really needs the daughter's pov. OP sounds very biased and loves painting his daughter and sister has the bad guys.
As bad as the father is, I can't help but think Lisa (Wife) is the real monster here. She is manipulating him into rug sweeping to protect her daughter at the expense of his relationship with his bio-daughter. As soon as I saw her doing that I would have divorced her ass in a hot minute. That is horrendous. I don't know the dynamics of the situation and whether Emily wanted them to cut contact with step-daughter or something, but if that was not the case and she just wanted some affirmation and justice done then the mother should have went along with it. The husband going along with the rug sweeping was the worst decision of his life and now he has to pay the consequences of that. I don't know how he can look his wife and his step-daughter in the eyes after what they did. I couldn't' stay in that marriage any longer. Guy is weak as hell.
The fact that OP doesnt get that Jessica was calculating and purposely tried to hurt his daughter and write it off as impulsive is so dumb. You dont impulsively sleep with someone multiple times. Even if it was your daughter was the one wronged. If he has any hope of getting back in his daughter's life he needs to choose. His Wife and stepdaughter who are trying to act like this isnt a big deal and was the one who caused the split. Or your daughter and your first grandchild.
I was very upset at the start of s3, but the more it went on, I see how it ended up like this, OP is the asshole for how he reacted, but Emma is a manipulator and needs a psych evaluation along with her parents This is what true Narcissistic personality disorder can be

In the situation where victim and tormentor is clear as sky there is no "keeping a peace". You either deliver a quick punishment (especialy when you are in position to do so) or at least side with victim. OP is a poor excuse of a man and the father without a spine. I would never understand how you could in the world side with someones else child over your own blood. Wtf.
He chose his nasty wife and evil stepdaughter over his daughter when there was an absolutely vile transgression made against her. There is no coming back from that nor should there be. And if his daughter had not gotten pregnant he would have been cool with letting the two years turn into three, six, twelve. It’s only when it affected him and he felt like he might miss out on something that he had thoughts about mending fences, it’s still about him and not her. He’s an absolutely dreadful failure as a father. The best thing he could do is stay away from her before he hurts her again. Let him stay with these disgusting things he favors.
S1: stepdaughter did not make a mistake. She made a calculated decision over and over again S2: what a freaking moron. He thought it was funny? Who raised this idiot? Absolutely agree cut off those so called friends. Jeez S3: ?!? Please count how many times OP said “It’s not my fault”🤦♀️
Story 1 OP is dense. OP, you DID take Jessica's side. You DID choose her. You weren't "keeping the peace", you did in fact, play favorites. The fact you still don't get it is absolutely mind boggling. You proved to her all of that. Even in your letter to her, you minimized your stepdaughters cruel actions. You said you can't hold her entirely responsible. It's obvious to anyone who looks at the situation. You won't be forgiven. Not now, not ever. With that letter, you cemented to her the fact that you will never be on her side. Story 2. Yeah, that dude is straight up racist. Anyone with sense knows you don't do that. Kicking him to the curb is absolutely the right thing to do.

Alright people, even if the third story is fake let me gives you some words of wisdom. If you can respect the pronouns of Hitler and the Devil, you can respect anyone's pronouns.
Story 2, bf is likely a sociopath who likes to test boundaries and push them, and see how much farther he can go each time he crosses the boundary. OP should be very careful with guys like that. Story 1. OP is a moron. Stepdaughter clearly did that shit with some bad intentions. She was a teenager, not a mentally challenged kid who can't understand what harm they can do. She's more than old enough to know the difference, she knows what she did, and OP has to understand that parents only see so much of the relationship dynamic between siblings, so that should have been a little telling especially how quickly the daughter was to conclude that Jessica did that shit maliciously, and still believe it years later. If stepdaughter really didn't understand what she did was that bad, she wouldn't be defensive, and if she wasn't doing it out of malic, she'd feel really bad about what she did. She didn't. ST1 OP, you're a moron, A MORON.
Story 1: OP is a delusional PoS that's still failing his daughter by making excuses for the SD and sticking with the wife that supported and defended the cheating. If the door slam in the face wasn't clear enough that she wants nothing to do with him, there's no helping him.
OP doesn't seem to get that it wasn’t a “they” problem; it was always and only a Jessica problem. This man was an idiot who favored a nasty witch who was always coming after her because she was a petty, jealous witch. Yes, he needs to let his horrid wife and her nasty daughter go.
"I still don't believe that she meant to hurt Jessica" She. Cheated. With. Jessica's. Almost fiancé. (you did say that you thought he was going to propose.)

OP is so lost in his own fog he can't see the trees through the Forrest. if he had not found out about the baby how many more years would have passed? He failed her then and now because he is only trying to fix it cause of her baby. Not her. Don't delude that fact Edit: his quotes: Jessica was young and impulsive. How do you assume you're keeping the Peace by taking someone else's child side instead of your daughter who was actually wronged in this situation. It would have been different if the stepdaughter was the wrong party in the situation but she wasn't she was the one that did the wrong and this man overlooked his daughter's feelings because of him fken the girl's mother
S1 OP still doesn’t get it. I can only imagine the small flicker of hope Emily would get reading that letter until she gets to the part about him still minimizing Jessica’s actions. That letter would be ripped to shreds and tossed in the garbage if it were me

Story 1- YTA story 2- He disrespected you, not your mother.
Story 3 is definitely fake, especially with how OP flips between using feminine and masculine pronouns and both names in the same updates. Can't believe people fall for this. Also no way the dude is topping all that mess of events with "lul it's just a phase" while ending the update with an overly dramatic "maybe just maybe I lost something" lmao
I'd say no one would fall for that but human stupidity is not something worth betting against
I came here to say exactly this. Just to add my piece, I can confirm that there are people who think/act like this fictional OP, but they do stick to their guns - always using the child's gender they believe is right, regardless of what the child chose.
Idk I’ve met people who think exactly like that op and use a lot of the language
That and the sudden shift to "oh woe is me, I've made a great error" at the end just raises like 3 red flags here lul
damn, dude. you rejected your daughter. for a cheater. and ... she's being "too rigid"? SHE WAS CHEATED ON!
Jessica knew what she was doing like you said she showed no remorse for her actions also she clearly hates emily so it was definitely intentional you're a horrible dad emily is right you had 2 years to make it right but no you decided to defend Jessica.
S2: OP should ask her friends if she called their mom a c*nt, would they still be friends?
Story 1 - the new wife and stepdaughter got exactly what they wanted! That father is an AH of the highest order.
Story 2: Joke or not, he shouldn’t have said it to begin with.
As a father of 2 daughters, you fucked up bad.
I never understand the "Didn't mean it to happen" excuse, if you didn't mean it to happen then why you didn't stop after the first time? Hell, why didn't stop it from happening in the first place?
S2: I don't have a good relationship with my mom (for shit she made in the past) but I WILL NEVER let anyone disrespect any of my parents.
S1 - op Considering your second wife's reaction to her daughter cheating with your daughter's boyfriend, your wife is cheating as well. You lost your daughter by trying to keep the peace in a marriage that's doomed
I swear, the world is filled with idiots that think doing the same wrong repeatedly counts as a single bad choice.
The stepmother is just as bad: "[...]focus on the family we still have."
Basically, her and her daughter, not his own kid.
S1 while Jessicas action were unacceptable but she's not the monster Emily makes her out to be it's no wonder Emily cut him off
Story 1: No you chose your Stepdaughter and you keep making excuses for her. You're a terrible Excuse of a Father. no wonder your Bio-daughter cut off contact.
Story 2: Op's ex bf can't justify that type of behaviour being a joke. He's just Racist.
Doing something just to “keep the peace” is a good way to offend the victim.
s3 Wow, the story aside, as there're issues in there in addition to OP's son's choice, some comments to this video are unbelievable!
It’s now you know Emily is your daughter to please your wife
Story 2 why in the Hell would you even have a second thought about that????? If he said it, that's how he really feels.
That's the piece he was trying to keep the one with his wife
"normal sibling stuff".... they are NOT SIBLINGS!!!!
I hope in story 1, i hope his daughter send the ripped letter back to op. Wtf you mean that step daughter didn't mean it...kmft
It's his house. Emma needs therapy.
What kind of zaza s1 op was doing???
I know right? He still cannot comprehend that Jessica manipulated the situation. Keep me away from whatever he's on.
It must be some strong stuff
S1 , simping for his wife and alienates his daughter wtf
And what all of this crap going on he still has the audacity to defend her
you had two years to make amends, and only took action when a grandchild was involved.
You can't be a grandfather if you are not a father.
I was very upset at the start of s3, but the more it went on, I see how it ended up like this, OP is the asshole for how he reacted, but Emma is a manipulator and needs a psych evaluation along with her parents
This is what true Narcissistic personality disorder can be
Narcissist vs Narcisisst
What actual man will accept their son becoming a girl like bro what are you on
@@cameron765 anyone who loves their child for who they are, and not what’s in between their legs…
I don’t have children yet, but when I do, I will teach them that I will love them no matter what, or who they choose to be as long as they don’t become an “Emma”. If you got a problem with that thats fine… but don’t spread hate about it
@ you’re probably right, the OP, doesn’t sound great at the beginning
@@johnnyhall9154
Do you know I heard is to clinkley diinos someone with narcissism because it's actually really hard to fully define it because when you look at all the traits of narcissism every human have them
Story 1: He wanted to keep the peace, now, he has his peace. No more daughter, no more grandchild. Congrats on your peace.
This is what happens when you're a coward and stay in the side of evil. Jessica did that on purpose. This is what a failure of a man looks like. He didn't even step in when his daughter was being picked on.
The commenter that said OP didn't care about Emily's well-being for two years was wrong. It was longer than two years. The incident two years prior is just what set off the barrels.
S3: Providing for your child the mandatory bare minimum is what youdo when you have children. Not something to be held over their head. WTF
That father is such a coward. Still making excuses for his step daughter. A Weak pathetic man that didn’t love his daughter when she needed him… so not I’ll write a letter and if that’s not enough I’m giving up… father of the year
S2 - Who's there? Chamber of commerce!
Ok to be fair, there's a time and place for jokes of that caliber, if the BF can't feel the atmosphere he has no business making jokes.
She made a calculated decision over and over again
S2: what a freaking moron. He thought it was funny? Who raised this idiot? Absolutely agree cut off those so called friends. Jeez
S3: OP is a terrible father. He's definitely done enough damage, OP needs to accept he's the villain. He's the bad guy, the one where the hero casts them aside to move forward
His wife Lisa is the problem. In the update he is still lost.... Story2 Stick with your own kind
so, he knew it would be offensive.
Congratulations you got your peace and family now just not with your own seed you failed her as a father you should’ve been there for your own blood daughter but no you sided with ur new wife and step daughter you the king of simps and doormat congrats on not seeing your grandchild
Alright people, even if the third story is fake let me gives you some words of wisdom. If you can respect the pronouns of Hitler and the Devil, you can respect anyone's pronouns.
Story 3 BETTER be rage bait.
Like yeah, bad behavior is bad behavior, but idk if op is a reliable narrator
OP3 you tried your best mate, if the ingrate thinks he can get away with everything, just leave it as is.
-Emma-
Story 1: OP is a delusional PoS that's still failing his daughter by making excuses for the SD and sticking with the wife that supported and defended the cheating. If the door slam in the face wasn't clear enough that she wants nothing to do with him, there's no helping him.
S1, dad is still minimizing his step daughter's obvious hate toward his daughter. S2 S3, Typical america stuff
OP doesn't seem to get that it wasn’t a “they” problem; it was always and only a Jessica problem. This man was an idiot who favored a nasty witch who was always coming after her because she was a petty, jealous witch.
Yes, he needs to let his horrid wife and her nasty daughter go.
Bet his wife is cheating on OP too.
"I still don't believe that she meant to hurt Jessica"
She. Cheated. With. Jessica's. Almost fiancé. (you did say that you thought he was going to propose.)
Op still doesn't get it by defending Jessica that she is and was a monster not just a one time mistake she consistently Didi and still doesn't calculate her responses
S1: all I heard was I wanted, I thought, all I was doing. OP is so lost in his own fog he can't see the trees through the Forrest. if he had not found out about the baby how many more years would have passed? He failed her then and now because he is only trying to fix it cause of her baby. Not her. Don't delude that fact
Edit: his quotes: Jessica was young and impulsive. Jessica and my wife think Emily is still overreacting. Jessica always had a chip because emily everything she wanted. Jessica didn't do it on purpose.
Also, In the letter he still defends Jessica.
Story 3: Bro spent all that time talking about how Emma needs to deal with her own problems, then gets angry that she wants to stay with her Aunt? Didn't he kick her out of his house not too long ago?
How do you assume you're keeping the Peace by taking someone else's child side instead of your daughter who was actually wronged in this situation.
It would have been different if the stepdaughter was the wrong party in the situation but she wasn't she was the one that did the wrong and this man overlooked his daughter's feelings because of him fken the girl's mother
S1 OP still doesn’t get it. I can only imagine the small flicker of hope Emily would get reading that letter until she gets to the part about him still minimizing Jessica’s actions. That letter would be ripped to shreds and tossed in the garbage if it were me
2nd story: this is the second time some dudes acted insane due to a dare on a discord group. I swear I was listening to one about a guy just grabbing an ice cream cone from a passerby’s hand and eating it because of a dare.
Gurl trump has nothing to with your boyfriend calling ur mom the n word

Day 137 of telling you to have a great day
do you have no morals, man? you sided with the cheater... over your own flesh and blood.
you still defended Jessica in this letter?!?!?!!
God op in story 1 is sorry
A sorry po s that deserves no happiness ever again
S1 is he a idiot Jessica did it out of immaturity not cruelty what drugsis is he on it was cruelty
that's not a prank.
