Awesome riding man!! I was talking to you about the KLX230R at the starting line, and yup that was ne at 11:01 sitting on the ground 😂, lost my front end on thoes roots, broke a couple ribs and Scapula, sucks, but hey it is what it is, Im still alive and Ill ve back again, track was a blast for sure, hope you enjoyed it💪🏽😎
No more Husky, it’s for sale, although I love the bike it was too much for hare scramble, was fighting with the bike all the time, very tiring. The ktm 300 is a mountain bike in comparison, so much lighter and manœuvrable, much easier in general to handle, and I don’t get tired as much as I did with the Husky. I’m still learning the ktm but I think I’m definitely going to gain places!
Good to hear! I run a 300 XC too - I am relatively new to the dirt bike scene and have no experience with a 4 stroke but the bike seems to be ideal for the hare scrambles. I have lined up with you for a few races but currently on injured reserve after the 2nd Bartow mud race which did a number on my shoulder. Hopefully I get a chance to line up (#158C) before the end of the season. Best of luck! @@calmfab73
@@haaseinfla thank you! You have the best bike you could ask for, for what we do, 4 strokers are ok too but it's a bit heavier and not as easy to ride, pros / AA / A riders usually have 4 stroke bikes for hs but they're in a totally different league, they send it like crazy, it pulls longer and harder in sections that are not too tight so they go faster, in the other hand when it's tight single tracks we have an advantage with 2 stroke bikes, much easier. I wouldn't go back to 4 stroke unless I ride desert or things like that.
