Thank-you for this. It’s inspiring to see what can be done in such a small space. I have far more space and yet I’ve been feeling too constrained, but this changes my thinking…
You're welcome! I'm glad my video helped. My regular home-office/studio space is even smaller!! And in my home office/studio space I've had to place camera/desk in almost the only place they can live so that my "view" is fairly quick to clean up and film, and so that it is quicker to get-to-recording. Check out my home office, couple of years old, but mostly still the same: th-cam.com/video/L6j6ipjDYJg/w-d-xo.html As long as the camera can't see it, nobody will ever know! Happy filming, cheers
Fascinating video, this is the kind of stuff thats really helpful but not easy to find, especially the lighting setup which is a bit of mystery to the new people.
Hi there. Thank you so much, I'm very glad you found the video helpful! I've found that even "standard" lighting situations/setups don't always work for the look I want......or at the very least don't work for how it makes me look in certain scenes, so when I set up in m garage like this I'm always having to experiment with the lighting a bit to get the look I want while highlighting other things I may need to showcase or areas that are too dark. I find it fun to create those looks, and I always seem to need ........."just one more light!!" ha! Cheers and happy recording :)
Thanks for the time to show all the gear and setup you have but I also need to say, the number 2440 doesn't match the quality and skill you have to make videos on TH-cam. It confused me to see a number that low but hopefully you get more soon. 👍
Hi there. Thank you so much, and I'm very glad my video reached you and helped you. And yes, I am also a bit dumbfounded by my fairly low subscriber count. Maybe I'm missing something like......."oh, yeah, you have to turn on "give me subscribers" in TH-cam Settings......" I would make more content, but my full time job certainly takes precedence. Luckily, my job is in Live-Event-Production, live streaming, videography, etc....so it is very closely related and I take elements from my work into my videos, and visa-versa. Aaaanyway, thank you, and cheers!

I feel the same! The quality and usefulness of these videos is better for me than so many other huge accounts…
