Wow! My hold back is that I’m afraid I will ruin my quilt but you show this 77 year old that it isn’t ruined and it looks great! Thank you.

I learned how to quilt feathers by watching Angela's videos. I used to cut open brown paper shopping bags, tape them to the wall, and draw. It took a little bit of practice, but I can assure you that feathers are easy.

Great video, as always. Do you have any suggestions for log cabin blocks that are different size strips?

I do miss your fun intro to the old midnight quilting show…! I loved when that one bulb exploded. I was a new quilter way back then and it made me realize that quilting was a hoot and not so serious.

I like how you make a feather motif “fit” into a square corner.

Angela is game-changing teacher. I discovered her books 15 or 20 years ago, and I still refer to them. Then I stumbled across The Midnight Quilt Show and I was in heaven. I've also completed a couple of her Build a Quilts. Thanks Angela ❤

I love Al your ideas and your teaching style. It helps me so much in my longarm free motion journey, and it has been a journey. Thanks so much for sharing your time and your talent

Love watching these videos; you make FMQ look so easy. So much talent! I really want to check out your website, but McAfee always tells me it's a malicious site and could do harm to my computer! What's up with that? So, I always "chicken out" continuing on to your website. But want to say thanks for sharing the videos and showcasing your talent.

These are great! I always wondered how to quilt a log cabin

Do you have videos of doing FMQ on long arms exclusively ? I know the outcome is basically the same but it would be neat to have a video series dedicated to the long arm. Like tips to get used to using a long arm for free motion quilting. I’ve had a mid arm up till now but I’m getting an HQ Infinity in the next few weeks. When I tried it at the store, it felt really weird. I don’t know you can get so good at the little designs when you’re not directly connected to the fabric. I know it’s a case of “practice, practice, practice” but I wondered if you had any tips. Thanks !

Can you talk more about “seeing” those secondary designs. I think I often get stuck just limiting myself to exactly what’s in front of me. Maybe others feel that way too.

Who knew…? I actually LIKE the black thread 🧵!! Looks great 😊!

My sewing machine seems to get jammed up when I do the free motion quilting using the thread that was in the kit. Do you have any advice for free motion quilting with this thread? Or is my machine out of a alignment? Do you think? 0:25

I wish you would have demonstrated how you did that last feather. Do you think you'd be able to do that in the live recap? Or is there somewhere else we can see you do that? I appreciate your videos so much!

My problem is moving a large quilt through a small throat , so I only use FM on small projects

What do you bast with? Do you use pins or the spray?

Quilting feathers seems so simple when you do it. However, I think the spacing in a log cabin quilt would help me visually “see” the process in my mind. I can’t wait to try. Thanks, Angela!!

I like how the boxes keeps you moving forward. Easier to quilt in a 2” for me.

It's the grey box just below the video. It shows the number of views, the "Quilting Is my Therapy" web address and then you see the word, "more...". Click on that and the box expands and down at the bottom is the link to the diagrams and such
