It is stated "Then CPT" in the vid, which means that she was still a Captain when the vid was taken but got promoted to Major after that. So now, we address her by her current rank of Major instead.

How do you even fly an F16 in Singapore, it's like 45 seconds from one end to the other
Doesn't matter. All NATO and Allied-nations air forces -- including Singapore, Taiwan, ROK, Japan, Germany, etc.,-- all train their F-16/F-15/F-35 pilots, aircrews, flight mechanics, air controllers, etc. in Tuscon, Arizona with the assistance of the U.S. Air Force. For F-16 NATO and Allied-nation pilots, they typically train with either the 162nd Fighter Wing at the Tuscon International Airport/Air National Guard Base, or with the 56th Fighter Wing at Luke AFB. under the guidance of the USAF. International pilots typically spend two years in Arizona training on their specific aircraft, and there is no shortage of cleared airspace overhead the deserts of the southwestern U.S.
Fast forward to 2020, we have a RSAF BG in Gan Siow Huang who resigned in March 2020. She was elected as MP for Marymount SMC in GE2020. Congratulations.
Very proud of her hopefully to see more women flying the fighter's and also muslims women...Till now there's no Muslim men flying fighters flight.

Truth is to fly a fighter plane requires the same dexterity, strength and etc. You're talking as if the plane will specifically allow only women to make mistakes. This is crazy talk.
Wait are you sure you're in RSAF? I don't think the RSAF will allow her to retake that many times. It's a waste of money if she doesn't even have the potential to fly. Sorry that doesn't make sense at all.

Bro, if I were to incite racial harmony, I would be using loudspeaker and go around telling this. I am just pointing this out here because as a minority in Singapore,i feel prejudiced. I am an officer in Saf during Ns time and yes, my superiors clearly said I do not have "security" clearance to go to other "sensitive" places because of my race and religion. You don't believe me it's up to u.
never practise prejudice with hearsay, and i happen to have malay warrant officer's' clearly mentioned that the majority of their race were lazy and lack enthusiasm in things they do, therefore they would rather any other races over malays anyday. and u happened to be the 'elite', the minority in the malay race whom happen to surpass all expectations to attain the officer epaulettes, something many other people (both in your race and other race) failed to acquire. and there are malays in several sensitive units such as airforce, arty, armour, commando(ranger,sof), guards, sotac, star, etc. many whom are friends of mine; numbers are belittling but are rising, just cause u dont see doesnt mean that there arent any. we cant blame the gov tho, the key is to look at the ratio of the races in sg and the cultural drive in their lifes. remember, the facade of a rsaf fighter pilot/wso role lies thousands other people from all walks of life(religion,races,etc) vying for the position.

I brought up the qns as to why there's no muslims pilots to my major before and he said it was because of some "security" reasons. Whatever that means...
