​@@movementlesson As you mentioned Microcephaly could affect vision and development because baby can't see his hands and feet so what we could do to make baby see his hands and feet , like if we could change his sleeping position or doing some exercises?

You will need to do specific exercises that give the child the developmental experiences as if the child had a head that developed normally. You won't fix the Microcephaly, but you can put the child on a functional path of development and daily progression with specific exercises. To get your child's customized plan for these exercises, I would need see a video of how their developmental movements are currently organized.
