Hi Friends! I hope this video (and all of my videos) help you in some way on your journey. I truly appreciate all of your comments and reading your breast cancer survivor stories, experiences and tips. I am so grateful for YOU!
If you are sharing my TH-cam videos - THANK YOU!! My goal is to spread awareness and help others through my journey as much as I can. Cancer is silent, sneaky and scary. When I found out that I had stage 2 breast cancer, invasive ductal carcinoma, the first thing I did was go on TH-cam and search what to expect & what am I going to look like on chemo, how am I even going to survive this treatment plan, etc…so I truly hope that my journey helps someone who feels scared, lost, or has “fear of the unknown”, whatever they’re looking for to find inner peace, I hope they can find it through me and my journey. We are all in this together, we are family, we are fighters and we will WIN this battle together! 🙏🏻💕😊
I Love You All,
Bri

I too have breast cancer. I have stage 3 triple negative breast cancer. It is hard when your hair begins to fall out in chunks. Thank God for wigs. Your wig is gorgeous! I can't afford a human Remy wig. They cost in the thousands. I have to stick with Jon Renau, Belle Tess, Ellen Villa and Raquel Welch Synthetic wigs. They are around $300 to $500. Yours is gorgeous. Lucky girl
✨️🌻✨️
Thank you 😊💕 I agree, seeing your hair fall out in chunks is very challenging emotionally! How are you feeling with your treatment/plan?
This wig in the video is $460 with my 10% discount code. Most of Wigshe’s wigs are around $500, I believe. 💕
Very pretty piece, the color looks good on you, too.
You should pull the wig up to your natural hairline. It’s too far down your forehead. It is beautiful! Great review.
You look great😍😍😍😍😍
The wig looks gorgeous 🫶🫶🌺🍀⭐️🤞❤️👏💪🙏
I complete my Chemo on May 23rd -- Round 6 of 6. You do a fantastic job on letting me know what's ahead in my own journey. I get the wig part, ugh. I usually just throw on a cap with no hair or a beanie when I go out but occasionally want to look - ahem - normal. I can't wait to get home and rip that synthetic wig off!!! Always look forward to your progress. Take care, my dear. P.S. The color of the wig they had for you when you first shaved your head is my favorite color. It really makes your beautiful features pop out!
Your hair is growing back beautifully 😊. I’m on round 5 of my Taxol and I have little hairs sprouting all over my head I’m so excited 🎉.
Oh yay!!! That’s so exciting!! It’s like Spring has sprung (hairs all over your head) 😍
I was so shocked that my hair began growing back on Taxol - yet my eyebrows, lashes and peach fuzz was falling out. So weird!!?!
But yay! I’m so happy for you!!
I’m starting AC in a week (4 rounds) followed by weekly Taxol for 12 weeks. I can’t say thank you enough for documenting your journey. I’m terrified, but you have been such a delight to watch and your positive energy gives me so much hope for my future. ❤
Hi!!! Aww, I’m glad that my journey is helping you on yours! You are doing to do great! Just remember to take things one day at a time, stay hydrated, rest when you feel tired (even if it’s just sitting down for 15-20 minutes), have small meals (on AC) in case your stomach is wonky, protein is your best friend on chemo, and above all - give yourself grace. Bc chemo can be exhausting at times on the body. Everyone reacts differently of course, but you know your body the best so listen to it when it tells you what it needs 🥰
I am here for you if you need to vent, talk, share your experiences etc. you can always reach me on IG, too, if you’d like (send a message) 💕
I am sending you so much love and support! You’ve got this! I’m proud of you & your courage. You will not fight this alone! 💕😊🙏🏻
Hi Pretty Bree, you did a great Review of The WigShe Wig. You style it so pretty. Your hair is gonna be long before you know it. It’s great that companies are reaching out to you to do wig reviews. Proud and happy for you. Hope everything is still going great for you during your radiation sweetie. Much love and prayers: Karla in Oklahoma
Hi Karla! Aww, thank you so much. You’re such a sweetheart! I hope you’re doing well and having a great week! Thank you for always sending me all your love, prayers and support. It means so much to me. Hugs!!! 🥰

Thank you so much! I hope you get the care that you need soon 💕🙏🏻 It’s wild how they know cancer is present and yet they are dragging their feet with helping you get on the chemo medication. Praying for you that it all works out ASAP!
@AFaeriesCancerJourney Thank you so much 🙌praying 4 u an all others also ...God Bless 💓
Wow .. beautiful! Looks so natural!
It looks so natural. You are an inspiration❤. I am going through the expansion process also. My exchange surgery is early June. You are so brave to share your story. I look forward to your videos.
Hi! Aww thank you so much, that means a lot to me 💕 How are you feeling so far? Did you decide to get gel implants or silicone/“gummy bear” implants? I’m still trying to decide but leaning more towards the silicone implants 😊
@@AFaeriesCancerJourney I will be getting pre pectoral silicone implants. Hang in there with the expanders. The more filled they get the more uncomfortable. When they start filling you, make sure you take pain meds before😵
Hi brilliant bri the wig looks great. I think you have a natural beauty and suit everything
You look great in this wig! The color is gorgeous on you! Enjoy it!!!
Thank you!! 😊💕
❤it DOES look good as is! Definitely suits you. I have two wigs since 2021 (first breast cancer) and although wigs take a while to get used to, I wear a shoulder length bob wig all the time now. My recurrence of a large tumour has led me to mastectomy (R only) …coming up May 16th. I’ve declined chemo and radiation due to the side effects from my previous battle. But,,, I’m learning so much from you!! The drainage is a particular concern because lymph nodes being removed. Did you develop lymphoma and had to wear the tension bandages? 😊cheering you on! ❤ from a Canadian 🇨🇦
Looks great on you❤
Thank you!! 😊💕
@@AFaeriesCancerJourney very welcome you are looking very healthy as well u go girl!!🌸🌟
Gorgeous! Personally, I prefer the look without the band but it looks great either way. You are beautiful with the hats also but I understand the comfort aspect. Take care pretty lady!
Beautiful ❤❤
Thank you! 😊💕
Love your new wig! Absolutely beautiful and suits your face and personality. I hope it is not too hot during the summer so please let us know how it feels as we get into June etc.
Are you still going through radiation? I start at the end of this month or early June. I am very interested in your impressions of radiation and how you are protecting your skin since you are so fair. Thanks! Love your videos. :)
Hi!! Aww thank you so much! Sometimes wigs can get hot, for sure!! But they also help to keep warm on the cooler/colder days lol!
I am currently on week 3 of my radiation treatment (I have 6 total weeks). So far my skin has been handling it very well?! Typically if you’re going to burn, it will happen around week 4 or 5. I’m hoping that my skin doesn’t burn too badly (or at all!) 🙏🏻
I wish you luck on your radiation journey! You’re going to do great. How many rounds do you have to get? I have 30 total rounds (6 weeks)
@@AFaeriesCancerJourney Hi Bri I have 25 sessions coming up so 5 days less than you. Just am on day 12 post bilateral mastectomy so still healing. I think they wait close to 4 plus weeks before they "zap:" me. I am bruised and sore due to a bleed so had surgery again to mop it up the day after mastectomy! Mine is Invasive DCIS stage 1. I did not bother with reconstruction bcz I had a lumpectomy the first go round where they found more rogue cells so we decided take 'em off.
So glad to hear you are not getting fried. You are very fair as am I so that was a concern. Are you getting proton radiation therapy? Or regular radiation? If your cancer is not in the left and I think yours was on the right? It is not over the heart and lung area which need more targeted beams.
At least you live up north where it is still cool! Down here in the south we are high 80's and low 90's...summer is upon us unless the northern states can send us some cool fronts. :) Thankfully I do not need a wig but chopped a lot of my hair off anticipating that I might need one should they alter my course of treatment. Thanks for the link because it helps to see how they look on.
Continued luck on your radiation! :) You are quite the inspiration with your very upbeat videos.
It looks great on you. Looks very natural…..especially without the band. I got my wig but haven’t worn it yet….still shedding
Thank you! 😊💕 How are you feeling so far?
@@AFaeriesCancerJourney I’m doing okay…I’m on just the taxol….side effects haven’t been too bad…just have some anxiety as the hair is falling out….i was supposed to shave it Friday but backed out…..also, this time around they gave me the pill steroid instead of the one in the IV and I felt less side effects this week. ….so I’m going to keep going with that….
The wig looks great, so natural, but I like it better without the band. Also, what do you do to keep your eyebrows looking so great. Love your channel❤
Hi!! Aww, thank you! I like it without the band, too. It fits and lays so much better in my opinion! As for my eyebrows, I actually did a makeup tutorial when I was on Taxol (hairless!!!! No brows, eyelashes, peach fuzz etc) and I show you how I do my eyebrows in that video 😊 I will link it below if you want to check it out 💕

@@AFaeriesCancerJourney Thank you so much 🥰
The wig is beautiful and looks amazing on you.
Thank you 😊💕 it’s very comfortable surprisingly, too!!
Hello! Does your head feel hot when you wear the wig?
Looks pretty 🙂
Thank you! 😊💕
You look beautiful!
Thank you! 😊💕
Very pretty on you.
Thank you! 😊💕
My adult son lost his hair from radiation….he was so upset for a long time….i always tell him he looks good bald…
Those are very expensive, I couldn’t afford to buy them.
Hi! I agree, they’re pretty pricey!! But with the 10% discount it knocks $40-50 off. Maybe someone could gift it? Or a few people could all chip in and gift it?! That way it’s not such a huge dent to the buyer’s wallet. Could be for a birthday gift or just a “support/encouragement” gift 🥰💕
❤❤❤🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Have heard from others...wigs are uncomfortablely hot. What do you think? Agree?
I am from the gulf coast - Mississippi/Louisiana. I had chemo starting in April and was wearing wigs all summer. I didn’t find them hot with my bald head, and they were longer than shoulder length.
Hi!! They’re honestly not too bad?! This wig is very comfortable. But some of my other wigs can get hot when I wear them with a hat and the temperature is above 75-80° outside. I also am on hormone therapy so I get the occasional hot flash - and guess what? My wig comes OFF with that happens!! 🤣💕
