I bought this game after watching your first video (but decided to delay watching the rest as didn't want too many spoilers). It's a nice polished game for early access and the flip side is the length is what's to come. But thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait to see how you got on.
You've probably already figured this out, but it looks like when you select the boost items for the writers a blue area appears over the desks of the writers that are affected. So you dont need to look at the list of employees to figure out what their skills are.
I have enjoyed this series so far, what a charming game! It's precisely my niche, I love the artstyle (the animation is stellar!), and there is some good humour in the events/writing too. Much love from Australia.

What i will say next is about game machanics, i know you dislike reading it so if you do not wish to know.. they are far down and just take this nice messege for support. Wen you put 2 or more of the exact same tag on the page you get a bonus. It is not a combination between others just the same one. The location of the fan matters: Put it on the left of the item it will blow the heat to the right spreading it more. There is a easy way to see who will benifit from boost, like with the crime board. Wen you select it icons appear on the screen who will get the boost. Wen you placed one of thsoe down before, at the start you kept it close enough to the right . Wen you select it icons appear on the screen who will get the boost. At 20:13 you wondered why you dit not get a boost for both. You dit, it was just that wen it was placed down at the first go it was close enough for the right one to allready get the bonus so it dit not dubble count. If you read this, thank you. Keep up the good work.
