Absolutely love this booster seat! Bought one of these in purple for my daughter last year & just bought my son same red one which arrived today. Love the latch system. These don't budge, they stay in place when you drive around curves. They are comfortable. Love that they have cup holders and little secret compartment thing for kids to put things in. Best booster ever, definitely recommend it!

You do not use latch and seatbelts. You can only use one if they’re in a harness. The booster seat has the latch. Just a hold the seat when your child is not in it if it’s not seatbelt it in so that if it is not being used then it won’t be a projectile. So on the forever, you do not use the latch and the seatbelt at the same time it’s one or the other.

This latch system is not for holding the kid in like it is for a 5pt harness. The latch is just to keep the booster from moving around when kid gets in/out or when driving without them. This is meant to be used with the harness/seatbelt (hence the name affix, which means attach, usually boosters are just sort of there)
