This aged like an egg left out in the sun. Must've been recorded before the weekend as even without Nyck leaving AT, no one sees Lando leaving McLaren any time soon.
I suspect that this video was filmed before the Bri'ish GP so I doubt Lando would be leaving anytime soon. HOWEVER, if he did leave, I think that his replacement would be an Alex, but not Albon. Instead it would be Alex Palou, who's already contracted to be a McLaren driver and already a proven Indy champion. I chose Palou not because I don't like Albon. I love Albon and I also love what he's doing with Williams. I chose Palou because the man is also bloody fast and I want to see that him get a shot at F1.
Palou is good, but if McLaren did need to find a Norris replacement it would be hard for them to justify not taking one of the most popular and fastest drivers on the grid
Btw, i think that Williams has 1 of the most stable line ups, both look happy in the team, Albon says he wants to stay and Sargeant has lots of promise showing like in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Silverstone

Well, this has aged well! I think if Norris sees a possibility of winning a championship with McLaren, he'll stay there. So, before Austria I'd have been right on the Norris moves in 2024 hype train. However, given the improvement in Austria and Silverstone, it definitely looks like that possibility is there. Even if the car doesn't perform well at every race in the second half of the season, I think he's seeing a solid improvement. If they can keep making progress, and it looks like the 2024 car could put him racing at the front in 2024, he'll stay in orange. As for Alpha Tauri, I think Riccardo is in the car for one reason, to give Red Bull a benchmark on Tsunoda. If Tsunoda is consistently faster then Riccardo, we could see him in the Red Bull next year. I think Red Bull need to know if he is worth developing as Max's eventual successor. On the other hand, if Riccardo shows the car isn't as much of a lemon as we thought, and gets some decent results with it, it show's Tsunoda is not Red Bull's future driver. If Perez isn't delivering, it might be worth putting putting Riccardo in as Verstappen's partner for 2024. I think he would only be a stop gap measure, and Red Bull will need to find a junior driver who can grow into a future world champion, but is quick enough to be Verstappen's wing man for now.
Definitely agree on Norris staying if he sees a chance. Austria and GB are both mid/high speed tracks, Hungary is the real test to see if that car is quick all round. The missing variable I think is the Influence of Mark Webber behind the scenes. Got Oscar his McLaren seat and I believe has the influence to push DR in to the second red bull seat next season

Did you watch the British Grand Prix? I feel like a lot of these takes are outdated as the season has progressed. Ocon has put in some pretty big stinkers since Monaco (and frankly didn't have a lot to show before then either), McLaren is back. Fernando has not been on form, Danny Ric gets a drive etc.
Fangio was 48 when he got his first championship. And he had to drive a real car. Understand it, mechanically and look after it. Ferrari's first problem is not drivers; it's the car and the team strategists. Then again, the drivers they have now don't help develop the car and the team. LeClerq is better off in another team. I fear for accuracy of the predictions given that the video discounts Ricciardo right on the day Ricciardo gets promoted.
Norris wouldn’t do much better and I highly doubt he would be willing to go to a team that circles around Max V, he knows he would get crushed and so would his career, his best options is that mclaren keeps getting better, and yet he will need to fight with Piastri.
