Amazing band - one of the pioneers of post-rock. They're not for everyone, but they give me the goosebumps. Seen them twice and blown me away each time. The song Untitled 8 mentioned by a couple of people here is also known as Popplagio. The version Live at Southside Festival 2013 is the one to go for.
Great Matt and thanks for the reaction! Probably this suggestion was something that you didn't expect from me... but knowing your love to Aurora, I thought that this band might hit to your taste. From some (strange?) reason, I get a bit same vibes from Aurora as from Sigur Ros. Anyways... Something in this band really resonates in me, although my musical taste tends quite much gravitate towards to the heavier end of the spectrum. I think that you summarised pretty perfectly how I would also describe the band, i.e., atmospheric and "Zen-like". I really like how much energy, progression and feelings the band can put into their songs, although at the same time being very "slow-paced" and peaceful. About where to listen this band... For me, this is the band when traveling long distances, especially, when being in airplane/airport. So relaxing, atmospheric (pun intended) and beautiful. If you want to check more, some suggestions below (and good luck with the pronunciation 😅): Sigur Rós - Sæglópur [Official Video - Full Version - 4K] Sigur Rós - Hoppípolla [Official Music Video - 4K] Sigur Rós - Varúð [Official Music Video]
Thank you for the suggestions, I will definitely check them out. They were definitely interesting and in need of a good listen. Thank you as always my friend 🤘
@@MattsMoshPit1 Great to hear that you found the band interesting 🤘 Going back to the main alley, i.e., the metal, have you ever heard the band called Alien Weaponry? If not, you might be interest to check them. The band is from Waipu, New Zealand, all the members having Maori ancestry and they mainly sing in Maory language. The craziest thing in the below video is that, at the release time, all the members were young kids (if I remember correctly, them being from 14 to 16 years old) playing some illegally good trash metal. If this raised your interest, check out the below: ALIEN WEAPONRY - Rū Ana Te Whenua (Official Music Video)
Welcome to the greatest band in the world❤ They make magical music and I would love to see more reactions. Their whole discography is very good. As a song to check out next id recommend Untitled 8 live from Heima. One of the greatest build ups in a song ever. They are a great live band aswell🙌

You should definitely react to a live performance. Especially Untitled 8 from Heima will probably blow you away.
Awesome! Thank you for the suggestion. I will add it to my list. Thank you for watching 🤘
