I’m so impressed by you! I don’t know your age but I’m assuming you’re in your early 20s and to hear you speak with such clarity, professionalism, and clear understanding of what you’re doing blows me away. I’m 34 and I feel like I just got my feet on the ground lol That goes to show you that age really is just a number and it doesn’t equate to a knowledge or capability.
Also I would really recommend a graduate degree. I just got mine in Public Administration and it truly does open doors even in the public sector so I can only imagine how much more opportunities you will get in the private sector where academia is respected and preferred.

Wow! You are super impressive! I’m 40 and looking to make a career change, and although you are young, you are wise beyond your years and are definitely inspiring to me! And on going to Grad school, I agree that you should not go unless you can go for free. One way to get this done is to work for a company that provides tuition benefits. I took advantage of this for my 2nd degree in Fashion Design at Parsons. Many higher Ed universities offer this benefit, but I’m sure other companies offer this as well. Too many young people are crippling themselves with student loan debt, and my advice is to not do that to yourself. You are super qualified already and have a very bright future ahead of you! 🌟

Girllll, when you were speaking in depth about your professional journey, 18:32-20:55 I literally felt like we were on a FaceTime call😂❤️ The way you articulated your thoughts struck a cord within me because the conversation of internal value has been on my heart recently. It seriously all goes back to walking upright in authenticity and not letting up on what makes you, YOU! Remaining focused no matter the circumstances, setting and vocalizing your intentions and never settling for what is not fulfilling or unaligned with your purpose. From experience, I agree that putting in the work to brand yourself young is a must! When you establish who you are and what you stand for within yourself first, you are not easily shaken by any means. The foundation is solid and deeply rooted which is the sure-fire recipe for growth. As always, thank you for sharing and opening up the door to meaningful conversation!

Once you score a full time position after undergrad, your company might have a tuition program! I work for Citibank and I’m going to grad school for free! That’s the only reason I’m doing school lol because I was in the same mindset as you, I didn’t want to get my masters either.

The KPI loop. I always minded that it only works hirarchically and never horizontally. That flat hirarchy idea is just an idea or it means that they save on managers over staff.
Than, no manager has an advantage for real to actually help you progressing away from him, if you are top performer, because of how the system works, not even him and how much he wants, cause the KPI loop is for all and everyone, unfortunatelly.
