I practice meditation and I realize that what you have inside you get from the outside. Many people rely on someone else's good opinions about themselves to feel ok, but that's the wrong approach cuz the only ones who can take us where we want to be is ourselves

self love = self respect. Respecting yourself is the biggest emotional commitment you can make to yourself because once you respect yourself you will never ever allow anyone to come at you negatively or allow others to treat you a certain way because you don't allow those kind of energy and your boundaries allows what you let in only and for that, taking yourself out of the bad equations equal successful space which lead to a successful life. :)

What do we need to do to actively achieve this?

    • @lailahh3621
      @lailahh3621 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@sherissagounden4403 speaking from my own experience coming from someone that is not too hard on herself most times i would say but i am not that type of person where i have the ‘self love self compassion better me’ mindset nor life even I’ve known them for such a really long time haha :D but it did help me a lot when i truly put it into my daily life, huge difference OFC!! if you asked me how to do it actively? i would probably say I don’t really agree on the term actively since it might be too distracting and risky options to go with. let alone the burnout, pushing yourself too hard and etc etc. So i would recommend knowing the self love, care, companion that ACTUALLY works for you, building it up,go with the flow without forcing anything. in simple words, slow process>>better system. not focusing on result here but strong and wise system. if you have the good one,you can even achieve anything else from it. burnout or being hard on ourselves results is no joke 😢🥲 bc “actively” could lead in some bad news too in some way. Sending virtual hugs~👋❤️

Best thing to start showing love of yourself is by forgiving it and letting go of the mistakes you've done. If you ever feel you're bad at something don't blame yourself and take it easy. DO NOT compare yourself to others, that alone is so insulting to your own self. Hug yourselves daily, look at yourself in the mirror with a big smile 😁

It's a lot easier to develop a healthy self-love when you look like a perfect doll. You are one of the most stunning and wise girls I've ever come across, and I truly admire you, Tatiana. But very few people are blessed with your beauty and brains, hence it won't be as natural for them to just start accepting and loving themselves. Myself included. What I did find out through my search on how to get closer to that state is the hypnosis, meditation, and certain natural plants, such as mushrooms.
I wish for everyone to discover ways to build a healthy relationship with self.
Thank you for your perspective, as always 💗

Yay!! I was so excited for this upload. Self-love is honestly such an underrated practice but it’s literally just taking care of yourself on all forms. Whether it’s asserting boundaries, maintaining your peace, being compassionate with yourself, or treating yourself. I show self-love by journalling, affirmations, exercising, and watching my comfort shows.

My self love improved a lot since I'm consciously working on it, and I can really see the positive effects it has on my relationships with other people. It's a long journey but I'm getting better and better every day. And you're such a big inspiration for me. Thank you for sharing yet again an amazing video with us❤️

There are so many things that you said in this video that I can see around me. I see how I get judged because I value my goals, happiness, and purpose, rather than those that others have set for me. Coming from 3rd world country where people are very backward minded, I suffered for years trying so hard to figure out who I was, because I didn't relate to those concepts that were pre-set for me. I grew up with those who thought self love is selfish and we need to live according to cultural norms so we are approved by others. others opinion mattered, we had to live our life according to our family and societal values - kinds of stuff that no one in the first world courtiers would believe exists. I spent 10 years of my life suffering in despair because of the mistakes that others made in their life but since they were family I had to sacrificed everything of myself to try to save them. And when the day came that I actually wanted something for myself, something that made me happy, I was judged, cursed, emotionally blackmailed just because what I wanted for myself was not approved by them (It was marrying a man not from my country, culture and background, purely because I loved him and I saw the value his love was bringing into my life). Seeing this video makes me feel like I want to tell my story and let everyone know that in the end you owe this to yourself because no one else is going to save you but yourself. Take care of others but learn to love yourself too.

7:44 this is so important... I wish more people realized if you're truly happy inside you don't have thoughts like that and if you do you especially wouldn't voice it. That's helpful because then we can realize when others say things like this it's almost like they're talking to themselves and we don't have to take it personally. Thanks for the amazing video, really good advice! 🥰🥰🥰

I heard most of what you said already, but it only clicks when you say it! Takes on a different meaning in a way.
What I do to self love:
-Yoga! I feel so much more mobile during the day, no backpain.
-Good showers, clean clothes, perfume everyday. I love being fresh all day just for myself.
-Listening to the same song multiple times over and over because I love it so much.
    -Trying out new tea flavors!
    -Buying myself flowers.
    -Meditation, breathing exercises.

Right on Tatiana . My practice of self love is really surrendering to the experience I’m having in the moment and accept myself unconditionally . Feel jealous of that girl? I accept the jealousy. Feel attached to something I know I should be ? I accept the attachment . Feel judgemental towards others ? I accept the judgement. No more shaming myself . Just pure , loving awareness for everything that comes up.

It's so sad that your shared experience is something that happens far too often when women have to discourage other women by saying that they will "never get their pre-pregnancy body back." You're so right that it's their own experiences and negative attitudes that would cause them to feel this way and try to perpetuate their negative experiences onto others.
Love all of your tips for self love and changing perspectives.

For me Self love is take care my self like I don’t want anything or someone to hurting me sometimes it’s gonna happen. Let it go. If that’s come back to me always say in my mind I don’t want it. I will let it go and takes time to relax little bit, take a deep breath and make busy life. 👍😀
