Sir Joe Sweeney, I am 84 and poor. At 82 I was charged with causing a vehicle accident. There was no damage, and my insurance company lied to me, was abusive, and 'threw me under the bus'. I am mentally slow and dyslectic and dumb enough to attempt to seek justice representing myself. You have given me the knowledge and inspiration to attempt to tackle this injustice alone. Thank you. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Unfortunately, I do not have a cell phone nor any electronic portable device to categorize folders, etc., and will prep my case manually as you suggested.

For what it’s worth, your comment demonstrated anything mentally slow, disempowered by dyslexia and least of all dumb. I hope your case fared through the best of Lady Justice. Please don’t feel compelled to diminish such a mighty feat to see the last 85 years. You have probably experienced so many amazing things and have risen above the challenges that life set before you. I had a similar thing happen to me in my first semester in college and even when the person who hit me after falling asleep head-on in my lane, she was crying and begging to at least be allowed to apologize to me personally. Insurance company would not see that as permitting. These things are not your fault and that is a thing you can know regardless of the circumstances. I hope you receive only the honor and respect you so clearly present, yourself. Especially in such a valuable and honorable place in your life, I hope those who do not know better don’t ever dissuade you. I can only hope we all can live to see this world do right in terms of being civilized in our civilization and humane in humanity. Best wishes, Mr. Bornyek.

George you are a remarkable man, and should be applauded for your actions. At 60 I learned that everything that I was living was a lie, many of these lies and corruption coming from Government and Justice. Previously I had chosen the homestead journey, nice beautiful simple life. But when all hell took place a few years back and noticed that my country was captured and disintegrating before my eyes, I had to jump back into the swamp again. I am a research addict and I am currently in six disputes. The man that helped me out the most was and is Bill Turner on TH-cam from New Zealand, who has now since passed but his channel still lives on. Nice simple easy to understand teachings plus he teaches the mastery of letter writing. Letter writing bar none of the research which you will be doing...is the most powerful and anybody can learn it and apply it beginning immediately. George the key is to stay out of their ( kangaroo) Court. How can anyone get a fair trial when the Judge, Prosecutor, and Lawyer(s) all sleep in the same bed together...impossible. Better to stay out of " their " court. George no matter what the case I now three years later can proceed confidently in a few short hours with little paperwork. Bill Turner...check him out. Joe Sweeney is of course a Superstar in this arena. This was a remarkable video. Scattered thoughts create scattered results. Learning the path of navigation in Law is of absolute importance even if you choose the letter writing strategy which I utilize. Now in each letter I will keep these steps close in mind. George the other thing I learned some time ago is that you can easily adjust to another country by just learning 100 words of their language. The same holds true with Law. focus on only 100 words especially as they relate to your own case. Good Luck George, you too are an inspiration to all.

Excellent Excellent presentation Joe. Scattered thoughts produce scattered results. This is by far where most self represented and many lawyers miss it. I am going to file you under Superstar.

I grew up in the Bemidji,Minnesota. There’s a few things at us, northern Minnesotans know; snow/cold/ice; how to drive in it, leeches, the state bird is actually a mosquito (not a Loon)and a Blue Ox.

I love how you’re so serious and then the “Proof of Service” aka piece of…
That just made my friggin day. Also the the breaks for drinking your tea. Very helpful information especially 6 years of litigation and three cases. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Question- can you recommend any more helpful info or websites or videos, Channels playlists or podcasts for representing yourself when going up against a court that is very let’s just say, “enmeshed” and the opposing parties both have the same attorney who also is running the show always filing special relief and lying in her pleadings and also is chosen by the court as a guardian ad litem so she knows the game well

We would not have access to an electronic file for court case. So, for a paper file, would you recommend an accordion type folder or a binder with pockets?

So I have a question about transcripts and using them as exhibits. I’m pro se and getting things pulled to prove my facts they dig doc drop day before dis closed 1040 pages. I found some great needles but had no more money really! To depose anyone else or Call anyone back. They do not recall or lie anyway. But transcripts. Do i site pg and line and only enter that as exhibit or do I use entire exhibit with Pg line breakdown to point out discrepancies in statements vs produced defendants documents
