I have two Mach 1 Shift balls, one original when we bought the car new and one we bought on E bay. We have the original shift knob from our 98 V-6 in the Mach now, we kept it as something to remember it by.
I have the original shift knob for my 2003 Cobra…never used it..changed it as soon as I bought the car…installed a Roush handle and knob…been on there for 19 yrs….just put a Hurst handle on it just to do something different…old school…white ball of power….😀😀
MGW had an awesome selection of knobs including the T handles which were the best looking (in my opinion) not to mention the Pony, Snake, GT engravings they had... I kept mine from my V6 which had the pony & now use it on my GT... Great content 👍🏽
Great video Danny but I have a quick question I have 2004 gt mustang competition orange convertible I just recently replaced the maf flow sensor and got a new jlt intake for it but now theirs a check engine light the engine is running smooth but the directions says if theirs a check engine light you have to reset the ecu do you know how to do it. Thanks
You would disconnect the negative battery terminal for a few minutes, but also check for vacuum leaks and make sure it’s securely clamped to the throttle body. If the car noticed too much difference from the bigger I take it may require a tune

Added the MRT shift knob to my Bullitt #1978, DHG knob with number engraved into the knob looks and feels amazing.
I love the SHO fat leather knob!! I had one installed on my 5.0 GT back in the day before she was stolen!! 😢
