Plug and play my a$$! Dude I was exhausted just seeing all the work you put into this but with that said this week's vid reminded me of old school Prelude XDD vids. You went through a step by step with this that will surely reduce someone's headache with their Miata. I came across a Scotty K vid just yesterday on how much he digs Miatas and breaks down how they're a near perfect roadster and no doubt he'd be all over XDD's Miata, this thing is badass! I'm looking forward to next week's CC vid, been a while and I hope viewers turn up for this week's vid, it's sick.
Hey JC, I think it goes without saying that Scotty K. is clearly a huge fan of XDD. :) Miatas are a near perfect car and that's why I'm considering leaving ours na. In my opinion, it just doesn't need forced induction thanks to the great engine and lightweight chassis. With that being said, they are a pain to work on. I don't care what anyone says. I'm really looking forward to getting back to the Commander build. I've got some really cool ideas for that car that I can't wait to put into action. Thanks for always watching.

Rad bro ... I got the 1.6 so I had to go with RZCrew racing intake manifold and the e Bay tb lol but heck yeah brotha I dig the build ... peace n love fam keep it rad stay safe and build on l8z
I haven't yet because of the weather. I never got over there last winter (not that we had much of one.) I'm still going to be making some more changes and will dyno test this winter. Thanks for watching!
The 3 vacuum ports on the rear, one was the brake booster, one is for the catch can between the PCV, 3rd plugged I assume? The front two vacuum ports are hooked up to what? Thanks for the help and the great video!
Yes, 3rd is plugged (the kit comes with the plugs). The front has a vacuum port going to Megasquirt and the front port is plugged. Thanks for watching!
I dropped one skunk2 (throttle also) and the car feels amazing, for a 95 Miata 5speed, a 6 Speed will be awesome. Just won’t pass emissions off course, this is the down thing. I guess just using the Miata for track days only. If anyone has an idea how to have it pass emissions and deal with throttle body issues (rpm up and down ) let me know. Great video and agree that it is a big change. Also, do I need tune it ? Any recommendations?

What is the improvement with this skunk 2? I have an stock svt mx5 6 gear with lsd very less rust. So was thinking to make it more fast but reliable in the same time. Was thinking about ITB but it's kinda limited in power gains love the sound tho..

And I forgot to mention the Miata is going back to the dyno in the next couple of weeks to see if the Skunk2 intake made any power. Can't wait to see what happens!

Just pay some dude to pass the car. That's what we used to do in NJ. Or you can move to FL where there is no inspection. Thanks for watching!

Yes, but if you want the most out of this setup you will want to up your TB.
