@@mtadams2009 I think the underlying point here is one that holds true in most things. Politics, vices, really most anything. There is a middle ground that can be reached. Too extreme in one direction or the other, too rigid with Bill or too loose with Mayo, is never going to end well. Find the middle ground. I think Mayo has really put himself in a box by coming out of the gate so extremely far to one side of things.

The contract issue has been on going for #9 since last season. Pats should have squared Judon away before he got to camp and the guy is human. This is his job. Most of us can relate - feel like you are being treated unfairly by your boss/owner and you get upset, maybe do something you regret.
None of us can relate! Judon is a millionaire many times over. He can buy anything he wants without any worries. He will never have to worry about money nor will his children. Football has completely changed his family's future. These guys are clueless, keep your contract complaints out of the public. His employer has done more for him than any of our employers will ever do for us
He wants a new contract but is coming off a season where he only played 4 games. He also turns 32 in a few weeks.
As a vet and Team Leader, he should know better.
He doesn't have much of a leg to stand on in this situation and his attitude is not helping. You don't want that kind of energy around the workplace.

A bit old fashioned, but he signed a contract and he should honor it. Fulfill your contract, then sign with someone who you think values you. The less time he is working out in preseason, the more likely he is to get injured…again. Get rid of the primadonna.

These agents always make the player do dumb stuff. Just so they get released to go to another team. It’s so ridiculous.
You let your agent deal with it with the GM. You don't throw public tantrums, and embarrass your coach, who is in his first year as a head coach. I thought Judon had more class than that. He's 33 years old, coming off an injury that kept him out for half of last year.
Its clear that at this stage of a rebuild you develope talent and get younger.

Bad look for the Pats. Regardless of who's right or wrong, showing up the head coach in front of the team and media sends a terribly wrong message and makes Mayo look weak as a coach! Pats will suck this season anyways, so Mayo should just cut/trade Judon and take back control of the locker room.

We're a rebuilding team with no offensive weapons. Picking a QB 1st rd was a dumb move when there is no support around him.
Trade Judon for a pick, any pick, and tank. Get another high first rounder that we can trade down from our get a wr/tackle with!
Soo... if you end up paying him or submitting to him, how does that make Mayo, Gro and thunder cat look. Don't make them look good ill tell u that. It'll show to the other players that you can act up to get what you want. Now they have a real problem...

Ban him from the team and suspend him for conduct detrimental to the team if he is doing this stuff at practices. Be mad about your contract, fine, but become a cancer and you can go sit out for the season

Judon doesnt want to be on a team with a first year head coach hes already said that in previous interviews pats arent going to get anything for him in a trade but best case they package it with a high draft pick and go for a receiver or oline

@KozyKool2287 I'm pretty sure he's only throwing a fit because he doesn't want to be with a first year head coach while making 6.5 mill it wouldn't surprise me if he was OK with it on the 49ers just not on a team with a first year coach on an iffy team overall at best

This is on Judon’s shoulders not the coach. Judon is not acting professionally, especially for a team that is rebuilding. I would suspend him and let him rot for a while in order to instill a culture. As for these talking heads, they are always spitting on the team no matter the coach
