they choked in the final, easy! funny part is they got beaten on their home soil though BCCI set it up for them, the format for the WC(without group), the time table of the games, pitches everything as they nedded still fkn CHOKE!
If anyone is still not convinced by all the stats in the video that India are hard to beat, it only gets worse (for other teams, of course) if we only consider the home stats of these players and compare it with the away stats of the players from the other team. The likes of Rohit Sharma and Shreyas Iyer are even more dominant at home than they are away (not that they are bad away from home) that the advantage India have makes the result of most ODIs in India obvious before the game even starts.
I think if you want to beat India just forget about their bowling.... but your bowlers need to step up and get them out as early as possible specially in powerplay bcoz if india starts well in powerplay then that's it they will surely score minimum 40 to 50 runs more than par score on that pitch
You have to play first and put 350+ score on the board. Get Rohit Sharma and bowl fuller to Kohli initially who can be tentative. To me that’s honestly the only way to beat this Indian team and to achieve this, almost all of the Australian or South African players should get every thing going for them 😅 NZ batted well but were let down by their frontline bowlers - Boult and Southee and that made all the difference!!
Odi is the format that India is best at, hope they finally wins this one 😁 They have come this far with only 10 players, no 6 hasn't done much 😂, hopefully won't need him in final too
The way India has been performing in this World Cup, they are the clear favorites to win, because almost everyone is contributing. In the final, if it's a good batting pitch, and Aus or SA bats first and scores more than 330-340, only then India will have a tough challenge. And, if India bats first, they will have to be restricted below 270-280; anything above 280, India can defend.
What i feel, Australia has enough firepower to dismantle India in finals. Bat first make atleast average first innings score and bowl India out with tight bowling and fielding. That's Australia for you
Hardik pandya and shardul thakur were playing then, can't say for sure but if they can do the same on the final even with a low scoring 1st innings they might win
The answer is easy. Opponents can beat India during a bilateral where they play their B team or C team. Or when India gets too much pressurised by the media and the crowd to choke during semi-final.
If any team can beat India now it would be Australia. They have the fielding prowess to frustrate the batsman, bowling consistency strong enough to check the runs and sheer willpower and tenacity. If all these are applied correctly and with a bit of a luck, Australia can beat India...no one else have the unified strength to come even close.
some of your graphs had incorrect naming, please check before uploading :) like at 6:57 the voiceover pointed to virat kohli but there was Babar Azam written
I did not like Manjrekar interview of KW postmatch....he was pointing out to him that his "senior bowlers did not perform"...that imho was out of line...Boult and Southee have been a pillar of the NZ team for over a decade, in all formats.
Jarrod, has there been any top 5 averaging 49+ in ODI history? Especially with the 2 white ball GOATS in at 1 & 3 and with Pandya coming in at 6. It presents a very strong case of being the strongest top 7 in the history of ODIs? Like if you agree. ❤
Everybody has the right to dream, but some just live in fools paradise. Australia , first beat South Africa before dreaming on. You were caught pants down against Afghanistan before Maxi came in. 🤣
You are never going to be able to outbat Inida. Only way to beat India right now is to negate their bowling attack and to go after Shami ruthlessly. He is their lynchpin and it will allow a batting side to get on top of India. Whilst the other bowlers are good on their own, the psychological impact of seeing Shami being belted will damage their confidence and create an opening that a side would need to get on top of them.
Last match exposed our 5 bowlers team. If one of the bowlers has a bad day then we don't have a 6th part time bowler despite having a long tail. The match against England exposed our long tail in batting. Australia/SA may use it in final. If they target our 1 bowler then we barely have a part time bowler to compensate. Also, our #8 batsman is Shami. These things may be exposed in final. Hopefully they won't 😇

@@AS-hx4ww doctored? you make me laugh. Easy to point fingers when you have a heart not big enough to accept your defeat. And about dropping the catch, that's how cricket works. Even Maxi was dropped twice by the Afghans. Does that change anything? NO! I could even go on to say that the the pitch conditions were severely favourable for Aussies when they came out to bat in the finals, but again, that wont't change shit.
@@cfkthisside good excuses but in the same pitch Australia defeated England batting first and also by your logic Pakistan was defeated by conditions not by Indian team effort in group stage stop being salty
@@AS-hx4ww thanks for proving my point. I never gave any logic, it was a counter made against your own statement which I think the likes of you are too thick to understand. Why so bitter lmao
The best way to win against India is to win the goddamn toss and get Rohit and Kohli out in under 10 overs after scoring 350+ score.
And restrict Gill, SKY, Iyer, KL Rahul without leaving chances to let score even a half century. Score against Jadeja and Siraj😂
Who's here after Australia managed to beat India at a canter?
After ind vs aus final, looks like they've saw your video
they choked in the final, easy! funny part is they got beaten on their home soil though BCCI set it up for them, the format for the WC(without group), the time table of the games, pitches everything as they nedded still fkn CHOKE!
To me that’s honestly the only way to beat this Indian team and to achieve this, almost all of the Australian or South African players should get every thing going for them 😅
NZ batted well but were let down by their frontline bowlers - Boult and Southee and that made all the difference!!
All these comments about Indian domination but India losing in final shows the reality
Darryl Mitchell mentally harrassed me in semi final match
😂😂😂 true
Odi is the format that India is best at, hope they finally wins this one 😁
They have come this far with only 10 players, no 6 hasn't done much 😂, hopefully won't need him in final too
"How the hell do you beat India?" It's really simple man. You don't 😂
That's Australia for you
The only thing India haven't had to do yet in this world cup is chase down a 300+ target. So perhaps that might be a way.
how to beat India just play them in a final they will beat themselves by showing up and thinking they have already won t.
And you just spoke only about batting..what about the bowling?
Australia could of beaten then in the first game if they had caught Kholi early on, India would of been 4/20
Hardik pandya and shardul thakur were playing then, can't say for sure but if they can do the same on the final even with a low scoring 1st innings they might win
And if Mujeeb had caught Maxwell, AFG could have beaten Australia. So what?
So ? Australia could have lost badly against Afghanistan if mujeeb caught Maxwell
The answer is easy. Opponents can beat India during a bilateral where they play their B team or C team. Or when India gets too much pressurised by the media and the crowd to choke during semi-final.
AAAAAAnd ....we lost.
Congrats australia!
How to beat/stop India?
Ans :- switch off t.v😂
Must say that Jarrod your stats are so impressive and interesting as well
Don't worry they will choke in finals as usual.
It is so easy to beat India. I think Aussies are going to show us on Sunday.
How the hell do you beat India ?
You can't.
There's good. There's bloody good. Then, there's you. Your analysis is fantastic. I suspect that you are a closet-engineer with a statistics-fetish.
It's funny how England of all teams were the ones to make their batters struggle
That was the Kolkata wicket. Nothing else. Where is England now?
And they didn’t even display the best bowling or fielding against NZ!
Rohit sharma averages slightly less than 50 but ever since he was promoted to opener, his batting average has been much higher than 50
some of your graphs had incorrect naming, please check before uploading :) like at 6:57 the voiceover pointed to virat kohli but there was Babar Azam written
Kohli lovers attendance...
here
👇
Just take them outside India and their power decreases more than 50%.
Same happens with every team, the host countries are winning the world cup for over a decade now
But for teams like England, 100% will be decreased😂
australia will win the world cup new zealand don't deserve his spot in the semi finals they pick ageing bowlers and lose
I did not like Manjrekar interview of KW postmatch....he was pointing out to him that his "senior bowlers did not perform"...that imho was out of line...Boult and Southee have been a pillar of the NZ team for over a decade, in all formats.
Lol ... we'll thrash Australia like never before....
Australia get ready to get yourself burnt in the final loss..
You can beat India🇮🇳 only in your dreams in World cup🏆 2023
So have a sweet dreams 🛌😂😂
Jarrod, has there been any top 5 averaging 49+ in ODI history?
Especially with the 2 white ball GOATS in at 1 & 3 and with Pandya coming in at 6. It presents a very strong case of being the strongest top 7 in the history of ODIs? Like if you agree. ❤
Yeah
This Aged Well
Everybody has the right to dream, but some just live in fools paradise. Australia , first beat South Africa before dreaming on. You were caught pants down against Afghanistan before Maxi came in. 🤣
"It's like knowing that the cure for cancer is on Jupiter, but how the hell do you get there?" - that's a class line Jarrod
It’s already fixed for India. Winning the world cup helps the current government and plays a part in political propaganda.
Woah ..... give this guy a million subscribers instead of watching the same old boring shoaibs post-match analysis.
India jetaga 🎉
replace sky with hardik , it would have been perfect 11
takes wickets only in their home ground... lol made their own pitches...lets see after worldcup what happens to these bowlers
I just hope you have your next video ready for when Australia does manage to achieve the impossible in the Finals.
India bowling did not fire as expected in semifinal ,if they fire batsman wouldn't have to swet much.
We are yet to seee SKY in his prime in wc dont forget hes #1 in t20i 🗣️🗣️ he doesnt even have to do anything but just in case 😂😂
Now imagine if Aus defeats Ind in finals 💀
10/10 winning streak just to get defeated in finals 💀💀
Jarrod to get his answer when AUS do their WC thing at the NaMo stadium this Sunday.
Every Indian knows australia knows how to win world cups that's why our fans are supporting south africa at the moment 😂😂😂
You guys have so much of data and statistics but India will win the finals and that's for sure 😉😉
This is why I’m loving your videos, Jarrod. Thoughtful and deep analysis, terrific communication and accessible data visualisation. Digging it, keep ‘em coming. Love from 🇮🇳.
First time ever i watched a good animational and analysis video on cricket..🎉🎉❤ love that
And your analysis looks more proffesional than other cricket analysit 😊
Current Indian team is winning with dominance same like Mumbai Indians 2020 team. No other team is nearby them
India almost lost the semi's if Shami did not break through.
Makes video on how to beat India. Ends the video without telling. Chad
How to beat india..just make us play overseas 😂. We are home tigers .
Get Rohit and Virat within first PP(which Aussies almost did) and then attack Siraj.
Good Strategy
I don’t want India to win, but definitely don’t want Australia to win. So I hope it’s a tie😮
Why don't you want both the countries to win?
Are u a Newzealander.
NZ and Aus are rivals.
NZ beaten by India.
So u are against both teams
Adam Gilchrist used a half squash ball in his gloves ,to beat Srilanka in 2007 finals.
Can Travis head/ Warner hide the same thing in his gloves and hit sixes .
half of the views on this video are from the australian dressing room
Rohit Sharma blasting in initial overs is a treat to watch
Abhi aus se toh match hone do, knockout aus is a different team
Ashwinn shud play instead of siraz,
I am worried about the fitness of India players.are they playing too much cricket?
now thats what we call data analysis..somebody like me who do data analysis on different aspect, Jarrod Kimber makes it to another level with so much fun
