    I tried this with flax egg (and a pinch of turmeric) and it worked amazingly well!!

    Bless you!! My dad and I are both celiac and I have been looking for a gluten free ravioli that was easy and not all the crazy steps to make! I use this gluten free flour for everything I will be trying this this weekend!

    Before Alyssa gets harassed: she’s plant based, not vegan. This means on rare occasions, she includes things like eggs in her recipes. If she knows of a way to make it vegan, she will include that.

    I just made this recipe using a vegan egg replacer and WOW!!! What a game changer! I cannot remember the last time I had ravioli since going Gluten Free and adopting a vegan lifestyle but my Italian heart is singing! I used two vegan "eggs" from I think the earth island egg replacer and followed the rest of the dough recipe as is. I added a pumpkin hummus filling instead and my God it's good!

    Hey everybody rice flour is one gluten free option. U just add hot water into it, mix it then knead the dough. We make sweet dumplings called modak using rice flour. Itd be ideal for gluten free pasta

    For a vegan version, egg free, I swapped the eggs & the water with 250 grams cold aquafaba. Works great!!!

    I would chop the spinach and then fold it into the mashed squash so the color is more appealing. Love your recipes! Keep 'em coming :)

    I have Celiac disease and am so excited to try this. Bobs red mill is great, but is you are allergic to Sorghum, the 1 to 1 won't work.
    Lots of other 1 to 1 brands without it though.

      You can use them all, in fact you can also add meat and anything else your heart desires, just make sure you enjoy it, since if you added canned dog food you might not enjoy it, who knows! The choice is yours!

    Hmm I will try to do this because I wanna make something my friend can eat because she’s gluten intolerant and I mean that she’s not a faker like most people who think oh I’m on a gluten free diet and think that makes them gluten intolerant and can you change the flower used???

    Those raviolis are the cutest thing...I like raviolis but don’t buy them anymore because of all the nasty ingredients and sodium content on them. I would love to do those homemade ones. Great job!!!!!

    These look so good! Will have to try with flax or chia and let you know how it works out. You obviously don't have to try to make every single recipe vegan, but it would be nice. Even if it doesn't work with vegan substitutes, it would be nice to know. I love Bob's red Mill because the gluten free flour blends usually don't have almond, which is great for my gluten free, almond allergic boyfriend!

      Definitely let us know if it works :) About 90% of what I share is vegan, but many people who watch this channel eat similarly to me, so I try my best to cover as many people as I can.

      @@Simplyquinoa I probably won't be able to try it soon (busy moving and packing this week). But I definitely plan on trying to veganize it! I understand that you're not vegan and try to reach a broader audience, personally I think it's great that in most of your recipes you include vegan substitutes! Thanks for sharing your delicious and creative recipes! Us vegans are used to swapping ingredients anyway, so no big deal. The only thing I can say is I wish you had tried it with vegan substitutes because I'm not half as talented as you when it comes to cooking (aka, I'm probably going to end up with an inedible mess lol). I'll let you know what happens when I'm able to try it.

      Tiffany Malen you can try making them vegan. She’s not 100% vegan. That’s what I love about her besides her personality...she eats healthy and some non vegan stuff in moderation

      I would say try with ground chia eggs to replace the egg. I think I've seen chia pasta before, but haven't personally tested it!

    That Bobs red mill is pretty expensive...25 pounds/11.3 KG 60$ USD/87 AUD (Not including postage, if they do post to AUS..., as a Gluten free not by choice unlike those who feel like it is a health lifestyle choice, might be nice to explain when using a general GF flour, what other starches/Xanthan gum to add, otherwise nice recipe.

      All purpose GF Flour, a tad over 1/2 Tsp Xanthan gum, 4 eggs (Next time maybe 3) and just a bit less than 1/4 water, overall was not a dry dough, but all flours are different and the ingredients are different

      Hey! This has never been a strictly vegan channel. I share food based on how I eat and that is primarily plant-based meaning that sometimes I use eggs and honey in my recipes. Most of my recipes are GF & Vegan so feel free to pick and choose which ones work for you.

      Amy a lot of people were under the assumption it was a vegan channel and most vegan channels don’t put “vegan” in the title so I see how they were confused. I was as well.

      That's totally fine! As I've stated many times before this isn't a strictly vegan channel, we're primarily plant-based and do use eggs and honey from time to time. For any non-vegan recipe, I try my best to share ideas for making it vegan so that I can help as many people as I can.
