It is almost impossible for a person to write and think without biases. Everyone has their opinions on things, and that will always shape how you see the world. You can try to achieve writing that is as fair as possible, but completely avoiding biases is impossible.

That's why it's important to have someone else read what you have written and provide feedback. A different perspective can shed light and provide an a-ha moment!

How could it Always be a logical fallacy? That is a stereotype of stereotypes. LOL. Africa is POOR! Not everyone in Africa is poor, some aspects of Africa break the stereotype (Cape Town). But as a generalization, it is accurate for quickly contextualizing the economic situation in Africa. It is POOR! It is not developed like Europe. That stereotype is tied to something in reality. Streogypes when used as guides are just that guides, they can also do a lot of injustice since (as you stated) exceptions occur. Stereotypes are quick and easy and lack nuance. But no volume of nuance is going to take Africa from poor to rich.

A fallacy is simply a "flaw in reasoning."
Using a fallacy in an argument doesn't mean that the conclusion reached is incorrect. While stereotyping does show flawed reasoning (and therefore undermines the justifications for any conclusion reached) it does not automatically invalidate any conclusions reached while stereotyping.

So if 0.001% is an exception then it would be impossible to make ANY statement about anything. How far will you take this? Most men are physically stronger than most women is factual. Two body builders is not going to change that. Avoiding reality means we cannot make any statement about anything. Americans understand English, if that is 99|% then it has met the required threshold to be a fact.

The statement "Most men are physically stronger than most women" can be correct, even if there is a proven exception (such as the bodybuilders mentioned). That would comport with reality, rather than avoid it.
Saying "All men are physically stronger than all women" is where you would start to have an issue.

Stereotypes are real and dangerous. The stereotype that most police officers are racist and are going to kill black people have cost hundreds of innocent police officers' lives.
