Ar. May tanong lang po na considered na po ba yung as violating of rules yung nag lagay ng pipes sa firewall?

If the pipes are embedded in the firewall and it would affect the 2-hour fire rating then it would be a violation logically. If the pipes are exposed and cross the property line of the neighbor then logically it would also be a violation.
