      Book might be the Bible but good will come only if you practice the teaching. That is a nightmare to put into real life. No more than 1% of humans do it or may be can do it.

    What about toxic metals? What helps to handle that? it does create mental problems

      Stop eating aluminium tablets and stay away from lead bullets. That would keep you in great shape. Metallic toxicity is rare mercury poisoning is seen in some Japanese girls at time Cooking in the aluminium utensils has not been linked to neuropathology. Don’t fear metals. Coal burring sends mercury in the air and water and the fish store it but Salmon does not do that good a job at it in the year or so it lives. Blue fin tuna lives longer and eats the salmon and accumulates enough mercury to give you AD if you eat a lot of blue fin tuna. you likely don’t have that much money to eat that much blue fin tuna
