Everyone is obsessed with mount goal, that no one is talking about pulisic performance and the composure he has pass it mont. He could had an earlier assit if kai could have just touched the ball.
He is incredible as a supersub, so many great moments as a sub and you saw how well he played as a supersub in the final. This is not because Tuchel doesn't want him starting but currently Pulisic is one of the fastest players but also one of the most injury prone so he comes on around the 45th - 58th minute so that the opposition is already tired out so that he can use his speed to his advantage and not be in much risk for an Injury
Right, a lot of people don't get it. Because of his injury issues he's not going to start consistently. Tuchel knows how good he is and how valuable so he finds him very meaningful minutes. There's epl, fa cup, the other one and Champions league. He and his fans will need to deal with it. Very talented team. He played hugely important minutes in champions league. Only goalies and defenders start every match anyway, and perhaps Mount when Lampard is manager.
Tuchel keeps playing Werner in hopes he will get better for the German national team, not because of his quality. Pulisic has a much greater impact on a game.
Hmm... even as someone who rates Pulisic as an individual over Werner, I've been watching every single game on this Chelsea side and the fact of the matter is that more often than not Chelsea's attack looks liveless when Werner isn't playing. It's just true.
@@AfroChilanGringo [ *TLDR*: Werner is a somewhat significant common denominator and has heavy involvement when Chelsea has been scoring goals under Thomas Tuchel, and it is clear that they would actually be worse off without him on the field... ] Sure I'll gladly provide examples, thanks for asking. There're numerous examples, but the most prominent ones for me are that every single game that Chelsea tied under Thomas Tuchel (save for JUST ONE) was when Werner didn't start/play. You can look this up too. Now I'm not saying that Chelsea tied *only* because Werner didn't start/play, there are many other variables to consider of course, but it's very evident that our attack is better when he's on the field and I'm sure anybody who's watched enough games to see both scenarios (Chelsea with Werner vs no Werner) would agree with me. Of course there was the absolutely amazing Crystal Palace game, where Werner didn't start, but that was just *one* game out of *many* games and it's clear that numbers are on Werner's side regardless of how spectacular that match was. He creates space for our midfielders to stretch their legs, makes dangerous runs himself, and also assists a lot. All of this is not to be overlooked just because "he himself doesn't score many goals". Chelsea as a team wouldn't be where they were today without Werner(Pulisic too of course, but I've already made my stance clear about him compared to Werner). Olivier Giroud literally scored ZERO goals during the last world cup I believe, but France national team manager Deschamps kept starting him despite the armchair managers' protests to bench hime. Deschamps backed Oli becaue he provided so much to the team even without scoring. Yes, it's his job to score as is Werner's job, but football/soccer is not a one-dimensional game that's only about scoring and I'm sure world-class managers would agree with me when I say this. Anyways I digress. Yes Werner's finishing is sketchy af right now, but nobody can say Werner doesn't have quality because that's just simply not true. I'm not sure if you've watched enough Chelsea games(and I'm not saying this in snide, I'm being as respectful as possible) to make the distinction that Werner isn't a truly integral part of this Chelsea side. There's more I want to say but I'm sure you get the picture.
Tuchel: Keep that young man happy. First off, he's insanely talented. Second, don't let his stature, his schoolboy looks, or his outward demeanor fool you... the lad has got a mean streak. Eventually, you *will* be managing against him. When that happens, he will remember and he will humiliate whatever XI you muster against him. Just some advice, Boyo.

Its time for pulisic to ask for a transfer. He destroyed RM and his reward will be sitting on the bench behind the one dimensional and under performing Werner. Any other coach would play his best players. Tuchel is playing Werner because of where he was born and not what he is doing on the field
@@xDlow_ @D_LOWGAMES I am not a Tuchel Fan. I think with the talent he has on that bench, they should be scoring much more. In 15 PL matches they have scored 20 goals. That is a 1.33 per match. Under Lampard they were scoring 1.74 goals per match with the exact same team. They have gotten better on defense but have dropped almost a full have goal per game under Tuchel. He has benched Giroud, Pulisic, Tammy Abraham and CHO for Werner and Havertz. I personally think Havertz has a bright future. He is a multi-dimensional player. Werner is not and has no sign of improving. I was watching the UEFA Champions League show and they made the comment that today we saw the true effective range for Werner. 2 Feet from the goal with no defender in front of him. Even the announcers were wondering why he was in the starting XI
@@FlyRiverFly Say what you want about Tuchel, but Chelsea under him have 2 losses in 25 games with 18 of those being cleansheets. (The 10 games he before joined they had 5 losses in 10). At the end of the day what matters most is winning and that’s what Chelsea are doing under him
When Tammy moved on, I actually was quietly hoping that Pulisic would go with him. He and Tammy have a great friendship and good chemistry on the pitch too. I agree, the situation at Chelsea is great for CP if he wants to win some more trophies, but I highly doubt he will be a consistent starter there with the line-up they currently have. Plus, Tuchel loves having him as a sub, b/c Pulisic is incredibly dangerous coming into a game late when the opponent is tired.
If by bullied you mean in 120 minutes against Real Madrid, he was on the receiving end of 3 yellow cards for RM and there could have been at least 2 more. He had one assist and one goal and both were works of art.
His explosiveness off the dribble is silly. There's no one in the world that can stay in front of him for long on the wing.

Anytime Pulisic gets fouled , he grabs the ball because he knows it’s a foul 😅💙

Once he learns to make that extra pass he'll be unstoppable. You can see his teammates frustration sometimes when he holds on too long
He should shoot more and score more goals
