Dear Alex, Thanks for every training video you have shared so far. They have helped my children improve their kicks and sparring sessions as well as their performance in the tournaments. May God bless you greatly.
Hey Champ! Thanks for the inspirational videos, I really appreciate them. I wonder if you could start doing some diet and nutrition stuff that you practice to get you where you are. Thanks.
Thank you Alex for sharing this awesome video and explaining the exercise well. I could put these exercise to practice. I am totally blind in both eyes
I have some problem with my right hamstring..can't even kick at hip level.. not able to stretch the right leg.. please provide some suggestions to get it cured...
Have you heard or know about what is going on TH-cam videos on January 1st 2020 having to do with COPPA, I don’t understand it very much but it doesn’t sound good, I see more people talking about it as time goes on, do you think it would affect you in any way positive or negative or how would it affect others with martial arts or self defense videos
My right side is busted...now it hurts when i lift it for to long..like a shock pain..doctors didn't do anything for and pain came back after i missed work for 2 weeks...it sucks 😔
Physical injuries usually take 4-5 weeks to fully heal. I'm no doctor so take my advice with a grain of salt. Take 1 or 2 weeks off with no exercise. You should be able train again after that, but take it easy for another 2 weeks, you don't want to injure yourself self again.
Vinith Vinith yes stretch out the hamstring. I ripped mine last year it sucks. I ended up going to PT, that being said they said it was fine to keep training, just keep it light. I healed up and everything is better. You also want to do leg raises, SLOWLY with a resistance band on your foot. I would also advise massaging the area deeply. Muscles heal best when they are at a consistent low level of activity.
