For as long as I've been doing TKD, I've been having issues with my hips due to sitting at a desk job. Simply getting up to walk around isn't enough. I'm DEFINITELY going to use these!

I stopped exercising for quite some time due to pain in between me knee joints. I was doing stretching and weight lifting exercises. Whenever I did an exercise that would require my upperbody to bend down and put more weight and pressure on my knees I would get this sharp lighting strike pain rush to my knees and I would stop. I want to get back but am afraid to hurt my knee joints . My question to you would be : Is there anything or exercise I can do to help alleviate this pain in my knee joints ??

You can also do these exercises with some kinetic bands or ankle weights but the movements would definitely have to be slow and controlled

Ive trained TKD for 6 years already Im 12 tears Old. And i stopped for a Year and doing simple side kicks and holding it is almost too difficult. Thx
