This is why I love Japanese concerts. They usually don't use recordings at all or just a really minimum amount so you get to hear the singers actual voice which often results in the live version being better than the studio version.
That is Ayase.He is a member of Yoasobi along with Ikura the singer. He is the one who makes all of Yoasobi's songs. He is also a singer even though he doesn't sing in Yoasobi. If you watch a lot of their performances you will notice that he is always there with Ikura on stage.

Im suprised as a vocalist you didnt mention the most impressive thing about her singing this- the incredible breath control needed for this song! Its like 50 words a minute non stop all the way through- with almost zero pauses- there isnt even a second long pause between chorus and verse - or anywhere else for most of it - tons of long fast runs etc.. Without fantastic breath control and breathing technique this song would be impossible for most singers to pull off as it is.

I’m a huge metal head. The stereotypical fat guy with a beard, arms crossed at the back, if it has clean vocals I don’t wanna hear it. But man, I’ve fallen deep down the Japanese music scene rabbit hole. So much amazing talent. So much musical innovation. I just absolutely can’t get enough. And man this woman has pipes. That high placement she’s using, to be able to hold that and sing that clearly. Damn. That’s some vocal skill. Her diction is just insane. Very clean and clear. Her pitch accuracy is really solid. She’s definitely live because she misses a good number on here (which is cool and normal) and she overshoots the high jump several times, even getting almost a squeak on one of them. There are some other clips of other concerts where you can hear some fatigue. Not to criticize, just highlighting that she’s legit. So yeah. Now I’m a big metal head/Jpop fan. And better for it.
